Located very close to Rock beach and The St Enodoc golf club. Rock Beach is known for it's flat and calm waters, perfect for water sports, boating and swimming. When the tide is out you can walk over Rock beach to Daymer Bay, when the tide is in the route you need to take is over Brea Hill rather than on the beach!Your closest convenience stores are in Rock, you have; Deli, Bakery, Convenience Store, Fish Mongers, Butchers and Fish and Chip Shop. You have multiple eateries to choose from in Rock, including famous chef Paul Ainsworth's, The Mariners. Polzeath is a short 5 minute drive (or a scenic coastal walk!) and has more options to eat and lifestyle shops.
Pen-Wethers is a perfect choice for a family holiday or golfing trip!
Flexible 4 bedroom Holiday Home with reverse accommodation to maximise the fabulous estuary views from large window and the balcony from the living room and main bedroom.

Description of the accommodation and facilities
Ground floor
Bedroom Four - Superking or 2 single beds configuration (Superking configuration uses bed topper -please confirm at point of booking) with TV, with door direct to the garden.
En-suite Shower room - with large walk in shower, Wash hand basin and toilet, Lit bathroom mirror and heated towel rail. One hand towel and bath mat provided.
Bedroom Two - 2 single beds with side table and lamps and additional bedroom furniture including built in wardrobe
Bedroom Three- 2 single beds with side table and lamps and additional bedroom furniture including built in wardrobe
Family Bathroom with bath tub, toilet and hand basin, heated towel rail. One hand towel and bath mat provided.
Utility Room with an additional shower cubicle. Stainless steel sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge freezer.
Stairs to first floor
Bedroom one Main Bedroom (Super King) with TV also has access direct onto balcony with seating great views
en-suite Bathroom - Bath tub, toilet and wash hand basin and heated towel rail. One hand towel and bath mat provided.
Separate WC - with toilet and wash hand basin. Hand towel provided.
Open plan Kitchen, Dining, Living room, with estuary views over the garden from large picture window and decked balcony with outdoor furniture tables and chairs.
Kitchen is fully equipped for self catering stays - with large range cooker with 4 burner gas hob.Microwave, toaster and kettle. Free standing fridge (the fridge freezer is at ground floor) Dining table with seating for all guests. Tea towels and oven glove provided.
Living room - with comfortable lounge seating, 3 seater and 2 seater - window seat coffee table, lamps, TV and wood burner - Door leads to:
Decked balcony with view across the large tiered garden to the estuary, outdoor furniture table and seating for up to 8 guests
Rear garden is on two levels with grassy area at lower level - perfect for spotting wild butterflies!
Shed at the right hand side side of the property available for guests to use to store their wetsuits and any water sport equipment - bring your own lock.
The property is approached via the well maintained.private road to St Enodoc Golf club.

Pets accepted by prior arrangement - maximum 2 pets charges apply per pet per pet for all stays up to 7 nights. Extra charges apply for longer stays.
Provided - A welcome amount of supplies includes cleaning cloths, cleaning products bin bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets etc. For the woodburner - fire guard supplied and a starter pack of kindling and bag of wood.
Accessibility note: There is a slope down to the front parking area and level access around the house. Step up to front door and living room on first floor. Also note no handrails to steps up from front garden to public footpath or from rear of property down the steps to grassed lower area of garden.
