We enjoyed the home overall. There was a broken basketball goal but we didnt use the sports equipment. The poker table was great! The beds were not all super comfortable unfortunately. Two were very creaky. The view was nice in the backyard. There was a grill, a firepit and a fire pit table. We didnt end up using them but it was a fun thing to have available. The communication was easy. Checking in and out were super easy! The kitchen has some great stuff! But the pots and pans are old and scratched up. So we gave it 4 stars because of the beds and the need for updating some things. I would recommend it though!

We absolutely loved this property!! The space, the amenities, all the extras -- the owners thought of everything! I wish we would've had time to enjoy the outdoor space more! There were nine of us staying there for the Cross Canadian Ragweed concert, and it couldn't have been a more perfect space for us to enjoy while we were there. The house and property are absolutely gorgeous! If I'm ever back in Waco and needing a place, I will definitely look up this property again. Thank y'all!

Weekend Getaway

We came to Waco to take our grand babies to the Dr Pepper Museum since that is our family’s favorite drink. We were celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary. We came in on Friday night and left out Sunday morning so it was just a quick trip getaway.

Great place, great price!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Came out for a BYU football game and some Magnolia. We just loved our location in this great family house. Lots of space and privacy.

This house was perfect. We had 8 of us in this house and it was perfect for us. Easy to get to and 15 minutes to everything. Great amenities. Everything was truly perfect!
