The house is very nice but not located in the greatest area of Waco but we had no problems though. Enjoyed our stay. Should leave instructions for fire pit operation.

The house was absolutely lovely, very clean and just as pictured. We did not, however feel safe at all in the neighborhood. Even though the listing describes it very close to Magnolia, it’s a 10 minute drive and definitely not in a good part of town. Lots of transients walking by, at one point I went outside and someone walking appeared to be cupping their hands and peering into my car, I asked if I could help him and they moved along. My teen daughter had trouble sleeping and did not feel safe because of the looks of the nearby properties and homeless people wondering about. It’s really too bad because the property itself is quite lovely!!!

We had a great time staying at this property. The neighborhood is an older neighborhood going through renovations. The house itself was great! The bathroom was perfect and the mattresses were so comfortable. If I had any feedback to give, I’d add TV’s in all the rooms. Other than that, the property great for our weekend stay.

Great place to stay!

My family and I traveled to Waco to do sightseeing and shop at Magnolia. This house was perfect for our needs. We needed a place to sleep and wind down after our shopping trips. The beds are COMFORTABLE, the house decor is simple yet sophisticated and beautiful. I don't like a cluttered home, so I appreciated this. We planned to arrive a few hours early than our check in time. So I reached out to the owner, and he responded immediately with a yes :) The house is on the corner of a somewhat busy street. It's not bad though. The house had new windows and each bedroom had a noise machine (if you need it), we didn't use it. And we all slept great! I would stay here again!

Really nice place!

The house was amazing, so well stocked, so beautiful, lots of extra touches. Location is decent but it is on a busy street, kind of loud traffic but bedrooms are on the backside of the house so it didn’t keep us up at night.Communication with the owner started out strong but then asked a question via messenger halfway through my trip and never heard back. Never responded when I asked if there were any checkout instructions either. Overall really nice place, would totally stay there again

Great house! 3 bedrooms and lots of space!

We loved our four-night stay at this house. The inside was recently renovated beautifully. It's extremely clean, especially considering pets are allowed (although we didn't bring our dog; the backyard would have been great for him). Thanks for a great stay!

Nice Mini Vacation

Cute little house with a large fenced in yard for our 8lb pup. Beds were very comfortable making for a great night's sleep! Vehicle parked inside the fenced area which felt very secure. Enjoyed our stay at Jay's and would highly recommend if making a trip to Waco.

This house is super cute, and great for a small group. Pictures don’t do the space justice! The host has thought of everything; there are sound machines in the bedrooms for white noise, games and toys for kids and adults, and more! Room sizes are perfect, beds and pillows are very comfortable. The location is perfect for downtown activities- it’s only 5 minutes away! We would for sure stay here again!

Adorable 3 Bedroom Home

This Magnolia-like decor home with fenced parking, a fire pit, and a yard for the dog was adorable, cozy, and clean. The beds appeared to be Tempur-pedic or at least felt just as comfortable. I was glad we stayed here instead of a hotel and felt safe. Very close to everything within 5-10 mins. Jay was a great host and accommodated our last minute plans.

Baylor Graduation trip

Very clean and well maintained rental. The beds were very comfortable. Nice location, close to Baylor and shopping. I liked that we could park our cars behind a gate and not on the street. Would stay here again.

Very nice Home in Waco

Seems like it is newly remodeled, everything is in tip-top condition. Beds were very comfy. Walkable to various neighborhood restaurants or a short drive to downtown. We enjoyed our stay.
