This adorable apartment is right in downtown Waco. We are only 3 minutes from the SILOS and 5 minutes from BAYLOR! Not to mention walking distance to many of the best restaurants and coffee shops Waco has to offer! Feel safe and secure with our off street gated parking and get in stress free with our quick self check-in! We can't wait to host your amazing Waco experience!

Professionally designed and managed our business is to give you an incredible experience of Waco. This unit has a gorgeous downtown/silo view and has lots of amazing natural light in the day.

PLEASE NOTE: Bathrooms are in the bedrooms and you can hear some noise from neighbors during the day before quiet hours. If this will negatively affect your stay, please book elsewhere.

We value your privacy and want you to vacation your way. We don't like to pester our wonderful guests so you most likely won't hear from us after your check in instructions. That said, we love when we do get to interact with guests and are available at any time to fix any problems. Don't hesitate to reach out!

Located on Austin Ave, the heart of downtown Waco. Magnolia Silos just a half mile away along with great restaurants/bars in walking distance! The best coffee shops in Waco are also very close! Pinewood Coffee Bar and Dichotomy are our 2 favorites. We know you'll leave loving Waco after your time at our place.

There are restaurant and shops in walking distance of the apartment. However, Waco has a lot of free parking so we always recommend driving if it's going to be a hot day or you're wanting to do some shopping.

For your safety and peace of mind there are cameras outside the building and in the hallways. Also, since your downtown there will be some street noise and light at night. There is also a train the runs through Waco so if you are a really light sleeper this might not be your best spot. It didn't bother my wife and I when we lived here but we always want to be transparent about things that could detract from your stay.
Property House Rules
1. NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT OR IN THE BUILDING. This is per the owner of the building and if caught, you may be subject to a fine of $500.
2. Guests agree to abide by maximum occupancy as described on the listing.
3. Guests agree to having NO LOUD PARTIES on the property. Please respect our neighbors and other residents. Any excessive, lewd, or illegal behavior will not be tolerated, and such may be cause for immediate removal or otherwise.
4. We DO NOT allow pets. While we love animals of all kinds, we do this out of respect for other guests that may be allergic.
5. Check in is 4pm-10pm. Check-out is no later than 10am.
6. Guests are responsible for the security of all contents in the condo during their stay.
7. Mandatory quiet hours are 10pm-10am

Great View!!!

This had to be one of the best stays in Waco. It was super easy to find and conveniently located to the downtown area. It was super clean and very comfortable. Now lets talk about this VIEW.....WOW WHAT A VIEW we could see everything...even the Baylor Stadium. Everything lit up at night was AMAZING!!! We loved the slight sounds of the historical church bells but the quietness of the hustle and bussel. We would definitely recommend this stay to any of our friends that need that quick little get away. Our hosts were AMAZING as well...very prompt with answering our questions and had some good places picked as some must sees and dos. Thanks for such a relaxing get away. We will be coming back soon.

lovely one night stay

the apartment was exactly as pictured in the listing. The bed is cozy and comfortable with thin and thick pillows to choose from. The kitchen had everything we needed to make coffee including cream and the typical sweeteners. The tub/shower has full sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was very nice!

Nice Stay in Waco

Property was nicely decorated with all the amenities one could need on a trip away from home. Property owners were very responsive and communicated frequently throughout our stay. Very close to campus and a quick drive to many restaurants. My only negative was the location. There were quite a few homeless people around. It was nice this property had a gated parking lot so made me feel comfortable that my vehicle would not get broken into.

My elderly mom and my daughter visited Waco for Homecoming weekend and what a great place to stay! Perfectly located downtown with great views and only a few blocks from the Homecoming Parade starting point. Accommodations were VERY clean and well taken care of with stocked coffee station and basket of treats. Miller and Kailey communicated all the details to us early and often. Check in and out was a breeze. Absolutely loved our weekend and glad Miller and Kailey made it all the better for us! We’ll be back!

Spacious clean and as advertised

Really enjoyed this place. Very spacious one bedroom apt. on top floor of 5 story building. Elevator worked fine. View of downtown Waco, such as it is. Located on Austin Ave on the south edge of downtown; pleasant 12 block walk to convention center, about 8 blocks to "silos" area. Some neat old mid century architecture right nearby. Place was very clean. Kitchenette with granite counters appeared to be very new, but I didn't use it. Bed was super comfortable as others have said, seemed like a memory foam type mattress. Loads of pillows. Loads. Linens and towels all clean and fresh. Nice quality. Plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure. Parking area was gated with code, with plenty of spaces. Coded entry into main building as well. Very easy access to both parking and building. Bedroom windows have wide slat blinds. These did not block out much light at night, and being downtown there was quite a bit of it. Building itself was totally quiet at night, but some traffic noise. Overall quite quiet for a downtown location.

This apartment was so clean and in such a great area. The corner windows let in so much gorgeous natural light. The bed is very comfortable, and I just loved every minute here. The location is EVERYTHING. I can’t wait to come stay for longer next time!

Move to BU

We chose this location to stay because it was close to Baylor but not to close. As we helped our daughter navigate the move in process this was the perfect location. The apartment was clean and the view of the city was great. We drank coffee as we watched the sun come up over McLean Stadium and the Magnolia Silos.

The apartment was very neat and clean. It is close enough to walk downtown, but we were a little nervous about walking in the area, but driving to everything we wanted to see was easy. The gated parking was really nice. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

This is a beautiful condo with great furnishings. The hospitality of the owner was amazing. He kept in contact with us the entire time making sure everything was okay. The location is amazing! We didn't drive further than 2 miles to go to any one of the attractions or wonderful restaurants that we visited. This is a must stay in Waco!

Very Pleased!

We stayed in this adorable apartment 2 nights while visiting Waco. The main point of our trip was the Magnolia Silos, which can been seen out of the apartment window! This rental is in the perfect location for all of your downtown needs. We felt very safe with the gated parking lot and access codes to get into the building. Everything we wanted to do while in Waco had a 10 minute travel time (or less!). I would absolutely recommend this place and the hosts for any future guest looking for a place to stay.
