Come stay in this renovated historic building right in downtown! Our apartment is bright with natural light and has trendy decor. We are only 3 minutes from the SILOS and 5 minutes from BAYLOR! We're in a safe part of town with off street gated parking. Close to lots of amazing restaurants and coffee shops! We offer self check-in with a smart lock, but still available for any guest needs! We can't wait to host your amazing Waco experience!

Professionally designed and managed our business is to give you an incredible experience of Waco. This unit has a gorgeous sunset view and has lots of amazing natural light in the day.

You have the whole apartment to yourself! Use everything in the apartment freely.

We value your privacy and want you to vacation your way. We don't like to pester our wonderful guests so you most likely won't hear from us after your check in instructions. That said, we love when we do get to interact with guests and are available at any time to fix any problems. Don't hesitate to reach out!

Located on Austin Ave, the heart of downtown Waco. Magnolia Silos just a half mile away along with great restaurants/bars in walking distance! The best coffee shops in Waco are also very close! Pinewood Coffee Bar and Dichotomy are our 2 favorites. We know you'll leave loving Waco after your time at our place.

There are restaurant and shops in walking distance of the apartment. However, Waco has a lot of free parking so we always recommend driving if it's going to be a hot day or you're wanting to do some shopping.

Also, since your downtown there will be some street noise and light at night. There is also a train the runs through Waco so if you are a really light sleeper this might not be your best spot. It didn't bother my wife and I when we lived here but we always want to be transparent about things that could detract from your stay.

Convenient and clean...

My wife and I stayed here for a short visit to see the Baylor game and do some shopping. Loved being close to shops and the stadium. Space was clean and convenient...hosts were helpful and gave detailed instructions regarding parking, entry, and amenities.

Lovely place to stay

We had a very nice stay and will be back when we return to Waco. The owner did a great job communicating and anticipated the information we would need. The condo is clean and near all the things we wanted to do. We walked around downtown and enjoyed several restaurants during our stay. Our needs were met so well it felt like we were staying at a friend's home.

Loved this place. Miller was incredibly responsive & the place was spotless! Charming decor, a comfortable bed, plenty of hot water & water pressure in the shower, and great fluffy towels. We appreciated the secure parking too!

Apt at Madison

This apt. is such a gem. Perfect for a couple visiting their Baylor student or a fun shopping trip to Magnolia. Excellent location, gated for safety and lovely accommodations. The apt has just enough room, was clean and quite comfortable. The photos show a clear and accurate picture of the space. Miller was available, very easy to get a hold of and work with. We will most definitely be staying here again!

Very nice presentation. Just missing a few things. Needs a dresser (in the closet would work), more hand towels, real sugar for the coffee, maybe a higher platform for the bed (not a problem for us, but for an older couple). Pluses for the parking, location, air, cleanliness, laundry and bathroom supplies. Well worth the price.
