Newly remodeled home located in an established Waco neighborhood of yesteryear. Keeping much of this 1939 home's historical appeal, it has been updated with new amenities and decorated in a colorful and cozy feel. Likewise, this home is the true definition of curb appeal. Come and stay at Casa de West - Nuestra casa es su casa!!!

This home has undergone an extensive remodel which includes new flooring, lights, kitchen appliances, fully updated bathrooms and more. Much of the original home which was built in 1939 has been preserved.

The entire home is yours! A cozy living room, spacious kitchen, and comfortable dining area with generous bedrooms and stellar bathrooms. Outside, a long driveway for parking and large yard complete with patio furniture and gas grill are all yours!

Built in 1939, this home has undergone an extensive remodeling and upgrading but still maintains it's old charm and beauty.

42” HD TV with streaming apps in master bedroom.

I book VRBO properties fairly frequently - anytime my family or friends are traveling. For starters this host stood out to me because I received a personal message shortly after booking with a thanks for choosing the property, notification that details would come later and to reach out. Usually, you hear nothing until a few days before the trip. The house was so cute cozy and clean!!! Exactly as pictured, and with thoughtful touches like some waters in the fridge etc. they also had a cute book in the house with destination ideas etc for those traveling to Waco. Also, the beds were SO COMFORTABLE! We didn’t use it, but there was also a VERY LARGE backyard, would be great if traveling with kids! The location was convenient to all the “hot spots” in Waco- magnolia silos, Dr Pepper museum, antique mall, restaurants, top golf, etc. the neighborhood was also quiet. Ultimately you can tell a property that a host puts love into making it comfortable and cozy vs those that are stripped down rentals at best- the hosts clearly put thought and effort into this home for their guests. Would absolutely stay here again :)

This was a cozy and comfortable place with a spacious backyard that gave the kids plenty of room to play. We also really enjoyed the small fire pit tucked away in the back corner of the yard.

Upon entering the home it has a sparkling clean appearance and smell with a warm inviting feel. Beds are comfortable. Our grandkids loved the tv choices and games. It was far better than a hotel room.

We were in town for a football game and this house was in the perfect location for us. A very clean and comfortable house made this trip an enjoyable one. I’d definitely recommend this one and would stay again if we’re ever back in town.

We really enjoyed our time at the casa and were in town for the Heart of Texas livestock show. The location was perfect and only a few minutes (under 10 minutes) from the Extraco Event Center. The home had everything we needed and the host checked in with us to make sure everything was good.

This house is just as described and decorated so lovely. The neighborhood is close to downtown and the University which allows for a quick drive to anything you may need. The rooms and layout worked well for our family, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was perfect.

Home was clean and ready for our two night stay. Beds were comfortable. Dinning room table was nice to sit around and play games in the evening. Kitchen had all the dishes we needed. The fire pit looked fun but it was a little chilly while we were there. We would use this home again.

The ideal home for family

We had a magnificent time in this lovely remodeled cottage! We were a multigenerational family visiting Waco and Baylor after a 7 year absence. This home is well appointed and with the exception of some broken glass on the front and backyard lawn ( left by a pervious guest) the house we immaculate and the host was truly apologetic. We had plenty of space inside for a family of 5, which included a busy toddler and appreciated the spacious yard for him to play in! The house is close to campus, the Magnolia Silo district and excellent restaurants. We would highly recommend this property to our friends and stay here again upon return trips!

ADORABLE!!

We went for a concert at the Backyard, close to the Silos, and this adorable Vrbo was like 3 miles away, The house itself is spacious & cutely decorated. We choice this place because of the 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Just enough space for our family. The house was fully furnished with everything you could need. It also had a huge backyard, which was great for lounging & enjoying the early spring weather. The hosts were very nice & great communicators. This little house is so cute! I wish I could move it back home with me. Will definitely will stay there again. ❀

Great stay at a great house!

Property was as listed. Plenty of room for our family of five to eat, sleep and relax in. Relaxing decor and bedding. Kitchen was well stocked. Great communication from owner. Would definitely recommend this charming home.
