Make your Waco experience count by staying in this renovated historic building right downtown with skyline views! Our listing offers ample natural light with trendy decor. We are in a safe part of town with off street gated parking. Close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops! We offer self check-in with a smart lock, but still available for any guest needs!

You'll have the whole place to yourself! Everything in the unit is for you to use freely.

We value your privacy and want you to vacation your way. We don't like to pester our wonderful guests so you most likely won't hear from us after your check in instructions. That said, we love when we do get to interact with guests and are available at any time to fix any problems. Don't hesitate to reach out!

Located on Austin Ave, the heart of downtown Waco. Magnolia Silos just a half mile away along with great restaurants/bars in walking distance! The best coffee shops in Waco are also very close! Pinewood Coffee Bar and Dichotomy are our 2 favorites. We know you'll leave loving Waco after your time at our place.

There are restaurant and shops in walking distance of the apartment. However, Waco has a lot of free parking so we always recommend driving if it's going to be a hot day or you're wanting to do some shopping.

There are security cameras in the hallway of our complex and around the exterior of the building. We also, have an in-unit security system that alerts us when there is excessive loud noise for an extended period of time.Also, since your downtown there will be some street noise and light at night. There is also a train the runs through Waco so if you are a really light sleeper this might not be your best spot. It didn't bother my wife and I when we lived here but we always want to be transparent about things that could detract from your stay.

Super cute and modern apartment in a cool renovated old building. Nice decor, comfy bed, and very clean. Great part of town close to the Silos, restaurants, and Baylor campus, etc. Especially appreciated the friendly and prompt communication from Miller and Kailey, with all the info we needed for parking, entry, wi-fi, etc. Would totally stay here again!

Waco Trip to Silos

This property was prime location for our visit to the silos as well as our tour with Waco Tours. We felt very safe with our vehicle located inside a gated parking lot. Bed was comfortable and there was great water pressure in bathroom. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Highly recommend for couples or adults visiting the silos!

In Waco for a wedding

This was a perfect alternative to a $200 hotel room. Myself and a friend stayed here instead of each of us having to get a hotel room on our own. We were only in town for a short period of time and just needed a place to lay our respective heads. This apt. was lovely.

We thought the loft was very clean but were disappointed in the furnishings...much like a budget hotel. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The location in town was a little depressing.

We were in town for a college visit to Baylor & this property was perfect for our visit. Close to everything! The property was clean & had everything we need. It was just my daughter & I traveling & we felt safe & secure with the gated parking. Great Place!!

Clean and Comfortable

My wife and I had a quick 24 hour getaway to Waco and this apartment was a perfect fit for us. A short drive from all the amenities and attractions we wanted to visit was just what we wanted. There was very clear instructions from the property managers for check in and check out which made the stay very easy and comfortable for us. The apartment itself could actually lend itself to self catering for a few days but we were content with our one night stay. Parking also was secure and safe so we didn’t have to worry too much about our car. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone else thinking of staying.

Adorable Apartment

We had a great stay at this adorable apartment. The location was easy to get to downtown Waco and Magnolia! The apartment is decorated very nice and was pretty clean. I noticed a few smudges on windows, splatters on blinds and the frame of the door in the bathroom, stains on the carpet but it didn’t ruin my stay. The elevator floor was also pretty dirty. The property had laundry which was so nice as we’d stayed in a hotel the previous week and needed clean clothes! Cute place, great price! We’d stay again!

Very comfortable and clean!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect for my wife and me. It was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Being close to the center of town, the Silos, the river and dining was a major bonus also. The gated parking lot and secure building made us feel very comfortable and we definitely had a 5 star stay!! We will be looking to stay here again on out next visit for sure.

Enjoyed our stay

As an Architect, I love the adaptive reuse of old buildings. Our stay in the corner unit was great. We wanted to check out the Waco fun and on going district improvements while in town. This unit was perfect to meet our needs and only a short drive to the music, food and DIY shops in the area. The communication was great and we had a great time!
