Villa Old Olive Prima extends over 3 levels and occupies 500 m2 of the residential area. The main floor is the upper floor. It boasts a master bedroom with a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, private bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Moreover, the upper floor boasts an open concept living zone with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. There is also an additional toilette on this floor. The living area opens up to the large terrace with an outdoor dining table and lounge seating. From here you can enjoy views of the sea and the Brijuni archipelago.
The ground floor contains 4 bedrooms with king-size beds and private bathrooms with shower Furthermore, on this floor, you will found a sauna and an additional bathroom. Next, the lowest level features a large entertainment room with billiards, table soccer, and table tennis. Here is also one of the bedrooms, featuring a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower.
The nearest village center is less than a 5-minute drive away (only 3 km), but here you can still feel great privacy and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
