Villa Antilia is an elegant and welcoming villa in a quiet position, surrounded by the Sicilian countryside. It sleeps 23 people. From Villa Antilia you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Antilia is 600 square meters (6460 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 7 km (4.3 miles) from Vittoria, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 4.6 km (roughly 2.9 miles), a grocery store at 3.8 km (roughly 2.4 miles) and the closest beach (Costa Esperia beach) at 18 km (roughly 11 miles). You will reach Villa Antilia from the parking area going up a route that includes approximately two stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Antilia you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool going down a route that includes approximately 15 stairway steps. The pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 18 meters (59 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. It is filled with sea water. The area is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by perfumed citrus trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery. The pool is open all year round, although it is not heated.
Garden
The garden is 1200 square meters (12900 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic olive trees and by perfumed fruit trees. The garden is equipped with armchairs, as well as with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the swimming pool.
Ground FloorLiving Room 1
The first living room is paved with polished concrete. The ceiling is made of wood. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include two sofas and two armchairs. There is a big and age-old fireplace made of stone. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has two high windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Living Room 2
You will be able to enter the second living room from the first living room through an arched opening, climbing two steps. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. The room has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Living Room 3
You will be able to enter the third living room through an external access. The ceiling is made of wood and has white exposed beams. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include some hand-made pieces by local artisans. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has a small window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Study
You will be able to enter the study from the second living room through an access area. The furnishings include a desk. From the study you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Chef Service
The chef service is available from 6.30 am to 10 pm. The chef is at your disposal for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and of course for the grocery shopping to prepare your meals. It is possible to arrange, on request and directly with the chef locally, snacks to be enjoyed when the chef is out of service.
