Designed with your stay in mind

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobe, ceiling fan and an enclosed balcony with a work desk and cabled connection. Bedroom 2 has bunk beds, wardrobes, a desk with cabled connection and a standing fan — practical for groups and families. The living room has a ceiling fan and a balcony with a hammock.

The kitchen is equipped for daily use: stove, microwave, refrigerator, blender, coffee machine, sandwich press, rice maker, pressure cooker and full utensils. Cold and natural water filter included. The in-unit laundry has a washer-dryer — no need for external services. Wi-fi available in the living room with a repeater. TV with Clarobox — access to open channels and streaming via guest's own account. Covered parking included.

• A basic linen set is included: bath towels, bed linens, hand towels, body soap, and toilet paper. Items are provided as a starter supply; refills are not included.

Additional Costs

• The base rate includes up to 2 guests. From the 3rd guest onward, an additional per-person, per-night fee applies, as indicated on the platform at the time of booking.

Arrival and ongoing support

Check-in is conducted in person by a NOMADS host — full walkthrough of the unit, building registration and apartment orientation. From that point, the apartment is entirely yours, with independent access and support available by message or in person throughout the stay, with a same-day response.

The beach is a 5-minute walk from the building. Itaparica bus terminal under 10 minutes on foot, with connections across the Greater Vitória area. Direct access to Rodovia do Sol for car travel.

Easy access to Rodovia do Sol for travel by car to the southern coastline and to the capital via the Third Bridge. Eurico de Aguiar Salles Airport (VIX) is approximately 14 km away — about a 30-minute drive.
