Close to popular shopping centers, parks, schools, and restaurants & only 8 miles from the beach! 4 Bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms; 1 bedroom and bathroom is on the main floor. The primary suite has a large canyon view deck. The open floor plan with vaulted ceilings & large windows provides an abundance of natural light.



This property is available for rent with a minimum lease term of 30 days. Prices vary depending on the season, and tenants are responsible for utilities, although arrangements can be discussed and negotiated with the property manager.



We warmly welcome pets, subject to an additional pet fee and deposit. Please contact the Property Manager for further details on how to apply or to book your stay.

As this is a rental term exceeding 30 days, we require a lease agreement from all prospective tenants, along with a security deposit. The amount of the security deposit will be determined based on the applicant's credit.

**Pet Policy:

- Pets are welcome, but must stay off all furniture.

- An additional fee of $150 per pet applies to your stay.

- If any damages result from pets, you will be responsible for covering those costs.

**Utilities Policy:

-For stays of 28 nights, utilities are included up to $450 per month. Any usage exceeding $450 will be charged to the guest and documented.
