Villa Legro is located in the village of Rapavel in the interior of Istria. This 4-bedroom villa with swimming pool is set in a 1000 m² garden, ideal for carefree children's play or for enjoying the sun. The villa has an attractive exterior and modern interior and is designed to accommodate 8 guests.



The villa has an area of 150 m² and is divided into 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a large and bright room with an open concept. It consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with 8 seats. In the modern kitchen with an island, preparing meals will be a real pleasure and you can also enjoy meals at the outdoor dining table. In the kitchen you will find a coffee maker, toaster, stove, oven, microwave and even a wine fridge. In short, everything you could possibly need during your stay. In the evening you can relax on the sofa in front of the TV. The room is air-conditioned, and for colder days, there are several types of heating available - underfloor heating, central heating, wood-burning fireplace... Which will surely mean a lot to you since the villa is available for rent all year round.



The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 1 bedroom is on the ground floor while the remaining 3 are on the 1st floor. 1 of the rooms on the 1st floor has access to a balcony with a lounge area and panoramic views of the countryside. Almost all rooms are equipped with double beds for maximum comfort. Walk-in showers, toiletries, towels and hairdryers await you in the modern bathrooms.



In the courtyard of the villa there are several areas for relaxation, of which the one next to the pool is sure to be your favorite. There are 6 sun loungers for sunbathing and when it gets too hot, you can cool off in the 65 m² infinity pool. On the terrace in front of the villa there is an outdoor dining area with a wood burning grill, ideal for preparing light meat and vegetarian specialties. Sounds like the perfect place for a vacation with family or friends. And best of all, you will have maximum privacy. Although there are other houses around the villa, there is absolutely nothing in front of it - only nature.
