At the end of the day, retreat to the spacious primary bedroom featuring a NEW comfortable king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a granite vanity, walk-in closet, and a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom offers a NEW Queen bunk set and a full-size bathroom conveniently located just across the hall. There are two roll-away beds in the primary bedroom closet.

The complex provides two gyms, three pools, an open courtyard with gas grills, and garage parking for one vehicle with a parking pass. A second unmarked parking space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you need additional parking, a pay-by-day or night city parking is conveniently located next door, at the Little Island Park and Fishing Pier.

Condominium amenities and grounds are managed, maintained, and scheduled for opening and closing by the local condo management association.
Homes are furnished and decorated to the individual Owner's taste.
