This gorgeous oceanfront home has eight bedrooms and eight-and-a-half baths. In-home amenities will include a game room with a pool table and wet bar, a theater room with comfortable seating, a spacious and open kitchen/dining/great room, several gathering areas, an elevator, a pool, and a new shuffleboard court.

The first floor has two bedrooms: a queen main suite with a private bath and a bunkroom suite, plus a private bath. A beautiful billiards room has a wet bar with a mini-fridge and sink, plus barstool seating. Enjoy movies in the theater room, great for enjoying quality time with your loved ones. There is deck access to the pool area, an outside shower, and the sparkling blue Atlantic Ocean just steps from your home for the week.

The second floor offers four beautifully furnished bedroom suites, each with private baths, three with access to the wrap-around deck, and one with a private west-side deck. There is a washer and dryer centrally located on the second floor, and next to the elevator that services all three levels.

The third floor has incredible ocean views from the east-facing deck. Enjoy gorgeous sunrises and always entertaining beach scenes. Pelicans soaring overhead and dolphins catching waves will create lasting memories. The large kitchen was designed with entertaining in mind, with two refrigerators, two dishwashers, a center island cooktop, a built-in wall oven, sparkling granite counters, and all stainless steel appliances. The open arrangement of the kitchen, dining, and living area truly allows for a large space to enjoy meal prep and sharing family time together. There is ample seating, both for dining at the same time and relaxing on comfortable couches. There is a west-facing deck off the kitchen which allows for a shady place to relax and to enjoy the famous Back Bay Sunsets. Two more bedrooms offer king beds, a private bath, and the eighth bedroom has deck access as well.

THINGS TO KNOW
The fireplace is only available for off-season use from October-May.
The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
