RENTAL RULES

1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Fines beginning at $500 may be applied for smoking of any kind in or near the property.

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to.

3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m.

4. All houses are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Guests agree to take responsibility for the home, report damages and cover expenses via personal payment or pre-purchased travel insurance.

6. Only use appliances for their intended uses.

7. PETS are NOT permitted at this property.

8. Parking: Off-street parking is provided for 3 vehicles. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.

10. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the back of the property beside unit #1. A service comes and removes garbage weekly.

11. Plumbing: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $500.

Refunds: Your 50% booking fee is nonrefundable (unless you purchase optional travel insurance and your cancellation is approved).

Nice property

Property was nice and as advertised but is a corporate owned property. We enjoyed the location except the high traffic volume on Pacific at all hours. Bedrooms were all very comfortable and spacious bathrooms. Hints for improvement are few but important: not enough toilet paper (we had to buy more and no kleenex) and the dryer and/or vent needs to be serviced.

Nearly Perfect

It's basically on the beach, so I hesitate to slight this wonderful property for this, but the internet was basically non-existent. The login instructions did not work. Guests are prompted to use a QR code to log into the internet. That did not work! The TV was consistently lagging! Otherwise, the property is phenomenal!

Birthday/Anniversary gateway!

The property has 5 levels, the 1st garage, 2nd kitchen/living room, 3rd master bedroom w/bathroom, 4th 2 bedrooms, 5th floor, rooftop. Everything was very nice. Just a few minor issues but it does not stop the the beauty of the condo. Could use an iron and ironing board, the master bedroom does not have a tv, the shower flooring in the master bathroom could use an upgrade. The location was great, just as the picture shows, you can see the ocean from the rooftop. Thank you for allowing me and my family to enjoy our stay in VA Beach in your condo.

Great place to stay

We had a bit of an issue in that there was a three-alarm fire across the street when we arrived and we couldn't access the parking lot, but that certainly isn't a reflection on anyone. Location is great and the residence was perfect. Lots of stairs so might not be great if someone in your party is older and has difficulty in climbing them. Spotless and well managed. Would definitely stay again. Needs a new can-opener though! :)
