The Beach Haven is centrally located at the oceanfront in Virginia Beach’s Vibe District and walking distance to the cities trendiest restaurants, bars, cafe's and entertainment.

This stylish 3-story beach condo features three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. First level has two bedrooms with a full bathroom - bedroom 1 has two double beds and bedroom two has one queen bed. Second level has the kitchen, dining area, living room and half bath. Third level has one king bed with a separate additional room containing a twin trundle bed plus a large master full bathroom. (NOTE: sleeping limit of 6 adults and up to 3 children 16 and under)

The condo has a large patio off the second floor with dining space, couch, two hammocks and a propane grill, perfect for an evening of dinner al fresco after a day at the beach. In addition, the third level has a small patio off the master bedroom to enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktails.

REFUNDS:
Highly recommend trip insurance. We do not give refunds due to the weather or illness.

PETS:
We do allow pets, we just ask that you please pick up after them and don’t allow them to chew on the furniture. *Please remember to pick up after your dogs!* There is one time pet fee of $75 per stay.

AMENITIES:
We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. *THINK OF THESE ITEMS AS “STARTER KITS” - Highly recommend you bring additional items such as coffee/cooking spray/water bottles etc*

ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you two days prior to your arrival.

PARKING:
Street parking during summer hours is prohibited and you will be ticketed. Please use the designated parking spots given upon check-in.

BUGS and CRITTERS:
Remember that the beach can also make for an attractive environment for animals, pests and critters. Our home is well maintained by pest control service but there may be a chance encounter of a pesky critter on occasion.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils

SECURITY:
Two outdoor security cameras are at the front of the house and overlooking the back deck area for your security. NO cameras inside the property.
