Welcome to Chapel Bay!

Escape to Chapel Bay, a breathtaking, pet-friendly beach retreat designed to make your dream vacation a reality. With nearly 6,000 square feet of living space, a sparkling indoor pool, and a beautiful rooftop deck, this spacious home offers the perfect blend of relaxation, comfort, and entertainment for the entire family.

First Floor; The first level features two bedrooms—one with a Twin-over-Full bunk bed and one with a Queen bed—which share a full bathroom. Just steps away from the indoor pool is an entertainment den complete with a billiard table, bar area, and large flat-screen TV, creating the perfect space for family game nights and poolside fun.

Second Floor; The heart of the home is located on the second floor, where you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, breakfast area, spacious family room, cozy den, and a farmhouse-style dining table ideal for gathering together after a day at the beach. This level also features a King bedroom and a nearby full bathroom.

Third Floor; At the top of the stairs is an additional TV and lounge area with a Double sleeper sofa. To one side is the luxurious King suite featuring a private bathroom with a jetted tub, separate shower, and double vanity. The opposite side of the floor offers a walk-through bunk room with a Twin-over-Full bunk bed and Twin trundle, along with two additional Queen bedrooms. Three full bathrooms are located on this level, providing plenty of space and convenience for larger groups.

Fun vacation week

Our family had a very good week here at Chapel Bay. We enjoyed the pool, the beach, kayaking in the canal with rented kayaks.Lots of room to spread out throughout the house. Played games and walked the neighborhood.

Annual Family Summer Beach Vacation

This was our first time in Sandbridge and first time renting a house with an indoor swimming pool. As with any beach house rental, nothing will ever be perfect, but this one comes ranks up there with the best we have rented over the years!

Fantastic spring getaway. House was everything the description said plus. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Views were amazing. Pool was clean and fun for the entire family. Can't recommend this house enough, will absolutely stay here again.

Family vacation

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous location. It provided space for relaxation and entertainment for all ages. The kids loved the indoor pool which was next to the game room. Beach access was only a short walk and the canal in the back was nice to sit by any time of day. We would definitely stay here again.

Great week despite the weather. A couple of suggestions-the dishwasher is SLOW and doesn’t clean unless it’s on heavy, only half the toaster works, the disposal doesn’t, and the railing leading to the top floor is loose. Minor fixes.

Family beach trip

The house was big, everything was as expected if not even better. My family had a wonderful time. The beach was walking distance. Shops were not too far from the house. We did have a family show up trying to use the pool (they said they paid for) they do not do that so don't get scammed, but management came and solved the issue. Overall is was beautiful and an amazing place to stay.

beautiful stay on the back bay

There was a ton of space with 7 rooms. The pool was clean and a real hit with the kids. The 2 ocean kayaks were fun to paddle around on in the back bay. The deck area allowed for some fantastic views and relaxing. The house was clean and stocked with towels and linens as advertised. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a nice time and the spaces in the house provided places for gathering, game play and also quiet areas to read and relax or (unfortunately) do some remote office work. The location was convenient. The house was clean (other than the grill) and the property management company was very responsive to issues when we contacted them and the maintenance guy was pleasant to deal with when he came to the house, just felt that we had to call on a number of issues over the week. The issues were always promptly addressed by the property management company, by providing a different used refrigerator or dryer to replace ones that were not working, there simply seemed to be one issue on top of another. Overall, the house could use some refreshing to be the luxurious beach home we expected, but we enjoyed our stay despite the failure to meet expectations.
