With plenty of space and a wealth of amenities, Dolphins and Daiquiris is your ocean-view beach condo overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Located on the grounds of The Sanctuary at False Cape, you'll enjoy access to a community courtyard featuring three swimming pools and gas grills available from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Additional features include a fitness room equipped with treadmills, plasma TVs, and weights. The fitness center is available year-round!

After a long day of fun in the sun, retreat to this luxurious condo, where you can lounge on the couch and catch up on your favorite shows on the 53-inch TV with a DVD player. For added convenience, all three coastal-themed bedrooms are also equipped with TVs and DVD players.

Spend an evening in the lovely, well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals. After dinner, you might find yourself on the private balcony, enjoying stunning views while sipping an evening glass of wine or stepping out of the master bedroom with a cup of coffee in the morning. With spacious sitting areas and ample closet space, Dolphins and Daiquiris will feel like your home away from home—just steps from the beach!

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Do not move furniture between rooms.
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
