This lockout combines a studio and 1-bedroom unit connected by a door, offering space and privacy. Must be 21+ to check in. • On-site Washer & Dryer – Convenient laundry facilities on every other floor. (No daily housekeeping.)

Availability for 2025 (Floors Available!):
• May 31-June 7-1st floor with Oceanfront patio(sometimes there is a music festival announced later for these dates, if they have one, patio view may be affected for a few days because the stage it is normally right at 5th street where the resort is located)
• June 28–July 5: 12th Floor with Oceanfront Balconies
• July 5-12: 7th Floor with Oceanfront Balconies
• July 12-19: 7th Floor with Oceanfront Balconies
• July 12-19: 12th Floor with Oceanfront Balconies
• July 26-Aug. 2: 6th or 7th Floor with Oceanfront Balconies

• Timeshare Units: As a timeshare guest, you’ll need to bring your own toiletries (soap, etc.) for your stay. The resort provides linens, towels, and pillows for your comfort. BRING your Beach Towels!
• No Pets Allowed: The resort does allow legitimate service animals, but emotional support animals are not permitted.
•The City of Virginia Beach holds many oceanfront concerts and events on the beach. There will be times where they schedule events at the 3rd to 8th street stage(resort is on 5th Street), so beach access directly in front of the resort may be affected(you may have to walk down a few streets to go to the beach). PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR DATES PRIOR TO RESERVING IF YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT THIS AFFECTING YOUR STAY! WE CANNOT CANCEL RESERVATIONS BASED ON THIS OR MOVE YOU TO ANOTHER RESORT AS THESE ARE TIMESHARE UNITS, SO THEY ARE FIXED WEEKS AT THIS RESORT AND CAN'T BE CHANGED!
• Timeshare Presentations: You are NOT required to attend a timeshare tour or presentation. If invited, feel free to decline – unless you’d like to attend!
