Cette jolie maison contemporaine de 3 étages est à seulement 1 pùté de maisons de la plage. Séjour avec grand balcon, salle à manger et entiÚrement équipée manger dans la cuisine. Toutes les chambres ont salle de bain attenante, salle de bains principale avec jardin jacuzzi. Deux des chambres sont communicantes, une avec balcon. Sortie dans la cour arriÚre d'une grande terrasse avec des jardins paysagers.

Great location near VA Beach

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The home is one block from the beach and just a 10min drive from VA Beach! The home was clean when we checked in and Margie was great to deal with!

Pros: Margie Chapman, the property manager is very responsive and helpful, really good to have her available when you text or call. Great to have four bathrooms. Air conditioning works very well and has a thermostat for the top and first floor. The location with easy access to the beach in both directions is great. The view from the living room, dining room and kitchen help overcome the negatives I am about to list. Cons: When I approached the front entrance door the day we arrived I noticed it was quite dirty and in need of attention. Upon opening the door I immediately noticed the carpeting worn and stained and the walls were scuffed and smudged. This property needs a refresh of the paint and carpeting. Later we found out some of the mattresses need replacing too. There are marks all over the walls from furniture and hands sliding along the walls in the stairwell. The carpet has stains everywhere between the dining room, kitchen, and living room. When you walk past the lampshades in the master bedroom you can tell a smoker has been there. I have rented multiple houses at Croatan beach over the years and this was not the best. I am surprised that Berkshire Hathaway accepts this house in this condition.

We had an incredible stay at this beach house and unanimously rated it 5 out of 5 stars! The location truly couldn’t be beat—just a short walk to a beautiful, clean, and quiet beach that felt like our own little slice of paradise. The house is also in a fantastic neighborhood—peaceful and family-friendly, yet close enough to enjoy the boardwalk and aquarium without any hassle.The layout of the home worked perfectly for our group. We loved having all the common areas on the top floor—it made it easy for the adults to cook, relax, and enjoy each other’s company while the kids slept comfortably on a separate level. The outdoor shower was a great bonus after beach days!While the house is a bit dated and has some worn-in furnishings, we actually found that to be a plus with our group of young kids—it made the space feel more comfortable and relaxed, rather than like we were staying in a museum.Margie, the property manager, was absolutely wonderful. She was very responsive and helpful from the start. When we brought one small concern to her attention, she communicated clearly and followed up the very next day to make sure it had been taken care of. Her professionalism and care made a great stay even better.Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and the entire experience was stress-free from beginning to end. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Croatan Dream Spot

This is our 4th year renting this beach house. It’s a perfect spot for our friends and family beach week. Comfortably sleeps 9 people in beds. The house is a quick walk to the Croatan Beach entrance. The house’s Kitchen is well appointed. The beds are comfortable. The furniture is dated and the carpeting has seen better days, but the location and size make up for the dated furnishings. We can’t wait for our next beach week. Margie and her team are very responsive and always helpful with any repairs or requests we have had.

Croatan/Virginia Beach Get-Away

We had a lovely time in our beach home in the Virginia beach residential neighborhood. Beautiful homes, great beach and quiet neighborhood to have a wonderful relaxing vacation. Home was just as described, in a perfect place with easy check-in/check-out procedures. I can't say enough about the FULLY loaded home. It was just like being at home, only a tad bit better! Thank you VRBO for a wonderful vacation!

Relaxing Croatan Beach Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay in this home on Croatan Beach! This is nestled in the perfect beach community right outside of the Virginia Beach resort area, approximately 5 minute drive to the boardwalk and Rudee’s Inlet. This is a super quiet neighborhood and the beach is so perfect, we loved the very minimal crowd levels. Croatan Beach has a public parking and beach area that gets a little more crowded but we stayed further down the beach and it was so peaceful and relaxing on the beach. The lifeguards have a much more laid back approach as well which worked perfectly for our family who enjoys going out pretty far and swimming. The house itself was awesome, it had everything we needed. I was unaware that two of the bedrooms were connected and only separated by a sliding divider but for our family it worked out fine. We enjoying sitting on the covered front porch off the living room to read or relax. I would definitely recommend this house and this location. If we come back to this area to vacation, I would definitely stay at this house again!

Property was great. Clean, nice, close to beach, well stocked. Nice area. Very happy. Communication with property manager was excellent. Negatives: no grill tools. Providing own sheets/towels is odd. All other VRBO's have included all towel/sheets in price. FYI, the neighborhood is NOT in the "Freebee" area.

Spacious, clean and amazing location!

This was a large property that had more than enough room for our family of five. We loved the ability to walk to Croatan Beach and drive only a few minutes to 2nd St beach and Rudee Inlet. It had everything we needed and we would absolutely stay again! We rented linens and the recommended company was easy to work with. Would prefer check-in/check-out that didn't require a stop at the realty office, but there weren't any issues.

Fabulous July 4th beach stay

Evreything about the property exceeded our expectations. The beach was very closeby and nice. The house served us very well for a 4th of July family get together. The management company in charge of the rental went way above and beyond and were a real dream to work with.

Best trip ever

This house and neighborhood did not disappoint! It was perfect. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, plenty of seating inside and out. The kitchen had everything we needed and great quality. The neighborhood was beautiful; we enjoyed riding bikes and walking. We even roads our bikes over to the boardwalk; it was very easy. There are a lot of stairs, but if that doesn’t bother you, this is the perfect house.

House needs some upgrades

The House was in a quiet, very clean neighborhood, 1 block from the beach. The mattresses on the queen sized bed and twin beds need to be replaced. The rugs were stained and the one in the basement bedroom looked like there had been a leak. The kitchen was nice and well-stocked. If you have seniors in your group, you may want to reconsider. There are 2 flights of 14 steps each and the toilets are very low. The house was in a very convenient location to restaurants, beach and stores.

Great location

Very smooth process, precise directions for check in. We had small issues with WiFi and cable and we received quick response. The house is just a block from the beach. We did wish there was a beach wagon to use though. We brought our own sheets, towels and hand towels for the bathroom. Don’t forget to pack laundry soap and hand soap! We thoroughly enjoyed the house and being so close to the beach and boardwalk. We recommend Watermans restaurant although the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and utensils for cooking most of our meals. We would stay here again, but our family is growing and we might need a bigger place next time! We had 7 adults and one infant this year.

The house was a very quick walk to Beach. Patio on 3rd floor was perfect spot for watching sunrise while drinking morning coffee. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook or grill with. A great place to stay with friends or family.
