The Viewhouse is very conveniently stocked with food items and water and coolers. It is conveniently located by Zion NP and Bryce Canyon. Communication with host was easy and fluent. Booking, check in, and check out are super easy. The house is clean and the photos accurately represent the house. I highly recommend.

My husband and I were very satisfied with our stay at the "View House". It was conveniently located in between Hurricane and Springdale. The porch views of the backside of Zion National Park were amazing! We enjoyed watching the views change based on time of day, weather, etc.The house was fully equipped and as presented on VRBO.Shelley, the property manager, was very efficient providing us with useful information both before and during our stay. All-in-all we truly loved our time there.

Quiet retreat, great access to Zion NP

This home is in a quiet Virgin, UT, neighborhood conveniently located between La Verkin and Springdale. It provides easy access Zion NP's south entrance and the Kolob Canyon section of Zion. Virgin is also the southern access point for the Kolob Terrace Road, providing the least well-known views of Zion.The home is clean and spacious for one or two families. The host provides great attention to detail. The kitchen was well equipped, and we appreciated the availability of such details as binoculars, coolers, and ice packs. The balcony and windows on the back of the home has a great view of the surrounding Hills and the cliffs of Zion in the distance.

Our primary goal was to hike in Zion, and this house is positioned just a short drive from the park and seemed to fit our needs. Shortly after booking we received a message from the host asking what our family was hoping to get out of the trip. Once we shared that we were going for the hiking and the views, they shared several other locations within driving distance that were worth visiting. As the date of our visit approached, they also shared restaurants and other local points of interest that we should consider. We took all of their advice and we were certainly glad that we did. Without this guidance we would have missed many of the highlights of our trip. Our family agreed that in addition to our 40 miles of hiking being some of the best we have ever had, this house was the best rental we have ever booked. Even if you don't want to hike like we did, you could spend all day just sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view. I don't know if we'll ever be back to this part of Utah, but if we do return, we'll be checking to see if this property is available again!

Comfortable home in convenient location

This home was the perfect place to stay for our visit to Zion National Park. It was only a 15-minute drive to the park and it was nice to be away from the busyness of Springdale. We loved dinner at the River Rock Roasting Co too. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay Near Zion

This is a wonderful house. It is convenient to visit Zion National Park and has wonderful views. The house was spacious, well stocked and very clean. Communication with the owner was great as well. Highly recommended!

Fantastic homebase for Exploring Zion

Loved this property! Perfect if you want to explore all of Zion, not just the main canyon, central to the main entrance, Kolob Terrace and Canyons. Had some travel woes and didn't get in until close to 11pm, no problem with the hosts. Very easy check in with the automatic lock. Views are unbelieveable, better than the pictures. Space was excellent for us, couple with three late teen kids. Cooking was a breeze, we ate in most meals, everything you need and plenty of spices, nonperishable items so you don't have to buy everything at the store, even ziploc bags etc. Very quiet neighborhood, but about a five-ten minute drive to a grocery store and Maverick Gas station; looked like they were finishing a new gas station right in front of the neighborhood. Beds were comfy, master suite and bathroom very nice, separate shower with fancy shower head and whirlpool tub, huge closet! WiFi worked great. Living spaces very comfortable/functional both inside and out. Would definitely stay here again, we miss it already!

The perfect house!!

We LOVED our stay at this house!!! There were so many appreciated amenities, coffee KCups, tea bags, sandwich bags, foil, spices, some canned goods, coolers to use, storage containers for leftovers. Plenty of towels, dish washing supplies, shampoo/conditioner, throw blankets, extra bedding. I don’t think there was anything we needed but couldn’t find. Plenty of silverware and plates/dishes, glasses, mugs. This location was perfect for our visits to Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks, and also Snow Canyon, Quail Creek, Sand Hollow and Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Parks. We loved the back deck and watched the sunrise most mornings. Use of the garage was appreciated and we stored our kayaks when not in use. And plenty of parking available. Would highly recommend this property!!

Best place ever!

We have stayed at many rentals but The View House is our all time favorite. The home is not only beautiful but extremely clean. The owners have gone above and beyond to make sure each and every little thing you might need, is there. We felt so comfortable and at home in our surroundings. Steve was wonderful and worked with us when we realized we had arrived on the wrong day! How embarrassing-but we were assured that all was well. Our group of four highly recommend The View House!

Outstanding Zion experience

We stayed at this amazing home for 5 days. Our family consisted of teenager, young adults & grandparents. The home was exactly as advertised! Beautiful views of mountains, impressive kitchen, close to Zion park. We did hiking, rappelling down slot canyons in dry suits & had a full Thanksgiving dinner to celebrate all of the adventures. Highly recommend this location.

Great home for a southern Utah adventure

Perfect basecamp for adventure. The location is perfect for accessing Zion NP and surrounding hike and biking destinations. The house offers great views of the valley. The home was clean, spacious and stocked with all the amenities. We enjoyed grilling on the patio while enjoying the veiw. It’s a short drive to nearby trails and only 20 minutes to Zion. Having garage space was perfect for storing our bikes and dusty gear. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking large meals. There is plenty of parking. The downstairs is occupied but we wouldn’t have noticed otherwise. Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend.

Quiet and Clean

The house is conveniently located about 15 minutes from Zion. Easy drive outside of the crowds! So quiet! House has everything we needed from coolers to ziploc bags, coffee bar, seasonings, to go coffee cups, shampoo, body wash and so much more! We rent about 2-4 times a year and this house annd is better than most other rentals. everything we needed and was so clean! Can’t wait to come back!

Great Place

Our stay was great. Property is well maintained and accurately reflected on the website. They provide a lot of incidentals and the kitchen is well equipped. I would like to see more comfortable patio furniture. I would definitely stay here again.
