Step into this inviting two-story house, where the main level welcomes you with an open floor plan living area, ideal for relaxation and entertainment for any group.. The fully equipped kitchen simplifies meal preparation for your family or friends, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
On the first floor, you'll find the master bedroom featuring a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. As you ascend the stairs, discover 3 comfortable bedrooms that offer a tranquil haven for a restful night's sleep. The two full bathrooms on this level provide convenience for your entire group, enhancing the overall comfort of your stay. Whether you're unwinding in the living space or retiring to the peaceful bedrooms, our home promises a delightful retreat for your getaway.

- Bedroom 3: 2nd Floor - 2 single beds
- Bedroom 4: 2nd Floor - 1 king bed (that can be converted into 2 single beds), if you prefer separate single beds, please detach and reattach them before check-out. (extra bedding will be provided for both bed types)

The kitchen comes fully stocked and equipped with premium stainless steel appliances, including a coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, and oven. It also provides essential utensils, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans. In addition, there is a countertop with four stools for your convenience, catering to all your basic cooking needs.

The dining area boasts a spacious ambiance, illuminated by a large panel window. It is furnished with an elegant six-seater dining set, providing a delightful space for shared meals and gatherings.

The home is centrally located making it an easy walk to nearby restaurants and shops.

The house has a big lawn in the backyard with green surroundings, an outdoor shower, an outdoor dining area, outdoor furniture, and a BBQ grill
âą SECURITY & SAFETY FEATURES âą
The home is equipped with security cameras located on the exterior of the property which includes entrance and exits. There are NO cameras inside the home. There are smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit.
âą OTHER AMENITIES âą
The home comes with a washer, dryer, free high-speed WiFi, and a Smart TVs for your streaming apps, (use your own account for streaming apps)

HOUSE RULES
âą This property is not pet-friendly. Unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $300 which will go towards a deep cleaning of the property.
âą CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we're able to accommodate an early check-in, there's an early check-in fee of $50 starting at 10 AM. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking.
âą CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 11 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.
âą SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony, backyard, and terrace (if applicable). There is a smoking fine of $300. Smoking is only permitted by the fire pit.Â
âą BBQ GRILL: An extra charge of $100 will apply for not cleaning after using the BBQ Grill.
âą NOISE: Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 PM-8 AM.
You are advised to keep in mind that this property is located in a quiet, private neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors. Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an initial $300 fine and a possible eviction in egregious circumstances. Guests will not be given any refund for issues related to noise ordinance violations. Possible violations include, but are not limited to, using unauthorized amplification devices, a general lack of decorum, screaming and yelling, excessive vehicular noise, and over occupying the rental property with unauthorized guests.
âą DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be deducted from your security deposit. Excessive damage to the property will have a liability of up to $5000.
Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. There will be a $200 charge for lost keys. Lock replacement is mandatory for the safety of future guests.
âą UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. Given the COVID-19 situation, no other guests outside the reservation are allowed on the property.
âą PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes without the written permission of the owner. Please contact us directly for booking of events.Â
âą LOST AND FOUND: Please note that all shipping is at the traveler's expense. There is a minimum $25 shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. We are not liable for any lost items. Our team will do our best to locate your lost items after check-out. We do not allow any mail deliveries or packages during your stay.
