With a heated plunge pool, outdoor sauna, and ice bath, this coastal duplex has been thoughtfully curated as the ideal wellness escape. Featuring four spacious bedrooms and three well-appointed bathrooms, the home is designed to support both relaxation and connection.

An EV charger is also available to keep you charged and ready for the next adventure.

Bedroom 1 – Upstairs - King bed with walk-in robe, A/C, ensuite with walk-in shower and toilet, ceiling fan

Linen: All beds will be made prior to arrival. Beach towels, bath towels, bath mats, hand towels, and washers are all provided.

Note: Bedroom 4 will be made up as a king bed unless requested to be split into singles at least 14 days before arrival.

There are two spacious main bathrooms — one downstairs with walk-in shower, large bath and toilet, and one upstairs with shower and toilet. The master ensuite features a walk-in shower and toilet.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area is bright, spacious, and perfect for gathering. With stone benchtops and sleek modern design, the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, full-size fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, and high-quality appliances.

An extensive selection of cookware, crockery and cutlery ensures every meal is a joy to prepare and share.

The main living area upstairs flows seamlessly with the kitchen and dining space, centred around a generous dining table and a smart TV for entertainment. Guests can log in to their favourite streaming services and enjoy a cosy night in.

Step outside to the upstairs deck, offering a second dining area with seating for 8 and views of the garden — the perfect setting for a long lunch or relaxed breakfast.

Downstairs, a second lounge opens to a covered deck complete with integrated Weber BBQ, high bar seating, and a large round dining table. This level also features underfloor heating, making it the perfect retreat in the cooler months.

Viridis is ideally located just across the road from Collingwood Beach, and a 600m stroll to the local shops, Coles, and cafes.

Huskisson is just a 5-minute drive (or 3.6km walk), offering a great selection of waterfront pubs, clubs, cafés, restaurants, boutique stores, and beach gear shops.

P E A K ~ B O O K I N G S

Christmas and New Year bookings require a minimum 5-night stay. Please avoid leaving gaps of fewer than 5 nights at either end of your booking during this time, as we may need to cancel or adjust your booking dates to accommodate this. Contact us directly with any questions.
