This home is elegant and spacious, and is a home where guests can have a quality, hassle-free beachside holiday with their extended family or groups of friends. Both upstairs and downstairs is complete with open plan living and gourmet kitchens. Guests can enjoy the views to Jervis Bay from the balcony upstairs, or access the backyard from the downstairs living area. This home has all the space and comfort you will need to enjoy good times with family and friends on your beachside holiday!

Where will I be?

Vinny Beach House for 12 is only minutes walk from the beautiful beaches of Jervis Bay! The bike path that leads to Huskisson is also close by. The local shops are within a few minutes drive, as are the towns of Huskisson and Hyams Beach. There is also a boat ramp at Plantation Point is around 500 metres from the house.

Vinny Beach House for 12 is a brand new home designed for beach living. The home spans two levels with views to Jervis Bay and has ample room for several families or groups of friends. The home is modern and spacious and has quality inclusions such as induction cooking, 2 BBQs, 6 bedrooms (2 with ensuites) and 2 laundries. The property doesn't have carpet so is considered hypoallergenic. And, for those guests with EVs there is a 3 phase multiport charger next to the garage. Guests will enjoy staying in this premium property so close to the beaches!

How is the property laid out?

Vinny Beach House for 12 is the right hand side of a duplex building, both upstairs and downstairs. Walk down the path to the left of the house and enter through the front door. On this level you will find the king bedroom with ensuite, 2 queen bedrooms, and shared bathroom bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, and a full laundry. Continue down the hall to the open plan living, dining and kitchen area which look out to the terrace and grassed area. Access to the upstairs area is via an internal staircase or via the separate external entrance. The upstairs level also has a king bedroom with ensuite, 2 queen bedrooms, and shared bathroom. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area are located at the front of the dwelling and open to a balcony where guests can enjoy views of Jervis Bay!

WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?

This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property.

There is a large Samsung smart TV in each lounge room. Please bring your own login details for streaming services.

Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a backup plan.

What about outdoors?

Vinny Beach House for 12 is ideally located within minutes of several beaches. If you prefer to enjoy the outdoor areas of the property, there is a balcony upstairs accessed from the living area with views to Jervis Bay, and has outdoor dining and a BBQ. The ground level has access from the living area to the backyard where there is a grassed area, a second BBQ and outdoor dining setting.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Vinny Beach House for 12 supplies sheets and towels. Please bring your own beach towel however.

Parking for cars, boats etc?

Vinny Beach House for 12 has an a 3 phase 5 pin multiport charger next to the garage for EVs. However, you will need to bring your own charging cable as this is not supplied.

Guests who stay at Blanca Beach House for 12 have access to the garage. There is also parking for 3 cars on the driveway, as well as free parking on the street.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Sorry, Vinny Beach House for 12 is not a pet friendly property.

Is there any special information I should know about?

Please be aware that there is a security camera on the roof overlooking the front council driveway only. This will not impact your privacy at all and is purely for security purposes when the house is vacant.

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
