Security Deposit
A refundable 500 security bond is required for all bookings. This will be processed on your arrival day, or 24–48 hours prior if arriving on a public holiday. (Not applicable for Airbnb bookings.)

Check-In / Check-Out
Check-In: From 2:00 PM, or 3:00 PM during peak periods
Check-Out: Strictly 10:00 AM during peak periods
Early check-in may be possible outside peak times—please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

By booking this home, you agree to the following:
• No parties – this is a quiet, family-friendly home
• Please keep noise to a respectful level at all times
• No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes anywhere on the property
• No fireworks, firearms, or explosives
• No motorbike riding on the property
• No driving or parking on lawns or garden areas

Failure to comply may result in termination of your stay without refund and forfeiture of your security bond. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is not left clean and tidy.
