Cloud Nine is a stunning, luxury villa situated on one of the highest points of Vincentia, offering the best 180-degree views of the remarkable Jervis Bay and Point Perpendicular. Perfect for a luxe coastal retreat, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is the ideal spot to indulge in a romantic escape, celebrate with friends, or spend time with family. Relax and soak up the epic views over the pristine white sands and turquoise waters of Jervis Bay from this ultra stylish home.



The Space:

Located just 500m from the famous Blenheim and Nelson’s Beach, Cloud Nine oozes modern sophistication and luxury; from the charred timber exterior to the polished concrete floors, beautiful wall panelling and brushed brass tapware – every detail has been considered to create a stunning home.



The two-storey home has everything you need for your next holiday. The upper floor features breathtaking views from every room, even the shower! There’s a fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances including a gas 6-burner cooktop, electric oven, Smeg toaster, kettle and coffee machine, integrated dishwasher, and integrated pop-up power point. Picture slow mornings here, sipping coffee whilst admiring the view over the Bay.



The lounge space is the heart of the home, with an incredible suspended wood fireplace making the perfect centrepiece. Sink into the comfy sofas and unwind as the sun sets, casting a beautiful orange glow throughout the house. Don’t forget to pour a glass of wine and make a cheese platter!



If you want to host a dinner party or enjoy a relaxed long lunch, the spectacular dining space, with charred timber dining chairs and a beautiful oak round table, is the spot to while away the hours with good friends and great food.



The master bedroom is located on the upper floor and has a sumptuous queen bed with pure linen bedding, a smart TV with Netflix, and electric blinds so you can enjoy a long lie in. The bedroom has a large ensuite with a gorgeous open shower space – complete with hairdryer and luxurious Apelles toiletries.



The star of the show on the upper level is the huge front and back deck, both with the most incredible views over Jervis Bay. Grab a seat (and a sundowner) and settle in for a cracking sunset. The spectacular location really comes into its own when it comes to the views, with regular sightings of whales and dolphins. If you’re an early riser, sunrise at Cloud Nine is unmissable! Take your coffee out onto the deck and watch the morning light dance on the waves as the sky turns a kaleidoscope of colours.



The lower floor features a gorgeous, coastal-style lounge room with smart TV and Netflix – a great spot for kids to hang out or to find a quiet spot to read a book.

The main bathroom is simply stunning – with a gorgeous stone free-standing, egg shaped bathtub! Sink into the bubbles and you’ll feel as if you’ve been transported to a luxury spa as you relax surrounded by floor to ceiling slate tiles.



Bedroom two has a double bed, with a corner window boasting incredible views across the water. Bedroom three has two king singles.



As you head outside, prepare to be wowed by the swanky new hot tub and firepit! This private and beautiful space is perfect for a bit of me time or a couple’s retreat. There’s also an outside shower for rinsing off those sandy feet after a day lounging in the beach. The exterior of the property and landscaping is so peaceful and luscious – you’ll love spending time outside as much as inside!



There’s a full equipped laundry with washing machine, dryer, drying rack, and laundry powders for your convenience.



The home is perfect in any season, in summer enjoy the ducted air conditioning throughout or open up the windows and enjoy the lush sea breeze. In winter, turn the heating on and get the floating fireplace burning in the lounge - or take a long soak in the huge tub. Wi-fi is coplimentary and you’ll find Netflix on all three smart TVs.
