Where will I be?

Blue Horizon Vincentia is ideally located along Elizabeth Drive. Plantation Point and Nelsons Beach are both a short walk away, as is the Plantation Point Boat ramp. It is a 3 minute drive to Blenheim Beach and Greenfield Beach. The local shopping precinct is a short drive, as are the nearby towns of Huskisson and Hyams Beach.

How is the property laid out?

The main house at Blue Horizon Vincentia has two levels. Downstairs you will find two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a tri-bunk and bunk beds. There is also a European style laundry with a washing machine, bathroom, lounge area and access to the garage. Upstairs is the master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite, and the open plan kitchen living and dining room that opens onto the large deck.

The cottage has a kitchenette, queen bed and bathroom.

Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV will I have it?

This property does have Wi-Fi. A username and password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. You may use the house Wi-Fi with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.

What about outdoors?

There are many great outdoor options at Blue Horizon Vincentia. Relax on the large upstairs deck, or BBQ downstairs. The large, enclosed yard is great for your children. There is also an outdoor shower where you can rinse off the sand after a day at the beach.

Staying warm or keeping cool?

The top floor of the main house has reverse cycle ducted air conditioning. All the windows and doors have flyscreens, so you are able to catch the breeze. There are bar heaters in all rooms downstairs, and portable fans in summer. The cottage has reverse cycle air conditioning.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Blue Horizon Vincentia supplies linen and towels. Please however bring your favourite beach towel.

Parking for cars, boats etc?

There is plenty of parking at Blue Horizon Vincentia. You have use of the double garage and you are able to fit up to 3 cars or a boat on the driveway.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Sorry, Blue Horizon Vincentia is not pet friendly. Please contact us for pet friendly options.

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
