Independent Panoramic Villa with private garden at only 350mt far from the sea.

Villa Sonus is located in Campulongu, precisely in Via Monte Sonus, so called because it is immersed in the sounds of nature that surround it.

Panoramic position, facing the sea, the Villa overlooks two fronts, that of Campulongu and Porto Giunco.
350 meters from Campulongu beach and 5 minutes from Porto Giunco beach you will find yourself immersed in nature but with an eye always on the sapphire blue sea of the Coast.

There are two entrances, one on the internal road of the condominium with an external gate and one internal, from which you enter through a gate inside the condominium.
External parking is available here in front of the house.

In our Villa you will find a dedicated day/night area for seafront cooking with our Gas BBQ.
There are also no.2 kitchens, one inside and one outside side Barbecue.

The Villa is developed in two floors and has 3 bedrooms:
- The first located on the second floor, with en suite bathroom and double bed.
The beauty of this room is that you will fall asleep with the sound of the sea and wake up in the morning with the sun's rays making the crystal blue water shine.
- The second located on the ground floor has the same features as the first, however, it does not have an en-suite bathroom. Here, too, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea.
- The third, also on the second floor, is the smallest and has a single bed, great for two teenagers.
For these two rooms on the ground floor, the bathroom is not en suite.
All rooms have air conditioning and both bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials: shower towel, face and bidet, shampoo and bubble bath.
Sheets and slippers are available.

The house has two day/night loggias.
One on the second floor with a table and 4 seats and one on the ground floor with a large wooden and tile table built completely by hand.
In this area you will be able to use the Barbecue and it will also be possible to use an outdoor kitchen complete with stove.

A Belvedere has been created on the left side of the house to enjoy the beautiful sea front Villa and be able to sunbathe. (Deck chairs are available at our Villa).

Villasimius offers many activities such as golf, which you will find right below the Villa, dinghy rental, horseback riding, boat trips and many others.
Inside the house you will find all the offers that the country offers and with which we collaborate.
