The wall of glass sliders leads out to the back deck, which leads down to the sand, and has just been rebuilt in 2023 to accommodate new decking with cable rails and a brand new custom-built heated pool with a tanning ledge and a spa. With a newly renovated open spacious kitchen in 2025, a large dining table seating 10, a stainless steel refrigerator, a dishwasher, a combo wall oven with microwave, a range, ice maker and undercounter beverage refrigerator . This level also hosts 2 bedrooms (a king bed in one bedroom and 2 twin beds in the other), 1 newly renovated bathroom (2025), a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, and a bonus sunroom.Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, both with private ensuite bathrooms.
