INDOOR AMENITIES: Shiplap gas fireplace, flat screen smart tv, recliner sofa, sitting chairs. Dining area set up for six, counter seating for two. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Washer and dryer included. OUTDOOR AMMENTIES: front porch, second floor balcony, back yard screened in porch with outdoor couch. Fenced in yard. Pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas. POOL INFORMATION: The pool is 10’ wide x 20’ long. 3’ deep in the shallow end and 5’ deep in the deep end. There is a love seat built into the deep end and also a bench in the shallow end for people to sit. POOL WAIVER INCLUDED WHEN SIGNING LEASE.
