Located on Vanderpool Road, just minutes from downtown Boone, this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cabin offers space to sleep up to 6 guests, a tranquil creek running alongside the property, and a large outdoor deck perfect for dining, relaxing, and soaking in the High Country atmosphere.

Pet Policy:
We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs. A $50 non-refundable pet fee per dog applies. Dogs must be at least 1 year old, house-trained, and crated when left alone. No cats allowed. Let us know at the time of booking if you'll be bringing a pet!

Cancellation Policy:

Full Refund: 14 days or more before arrival
50% Refund: 8–14 days before arrival
No Refund: 1–7 days before arrival (exceptions for documented medical emergencies)

Deposit Policy:
A 50% refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of booking to secure your stay.

Winter Travel Note:
From 12/01 to 03/15, AWD/4WD is required to access mountain properties safely during snow or ice conditions.
