This cozy and modern apartment with a terrace for 4 people, ideal for families, is located on the ground floor and consists of 2 bedrooms. (Tourist registration number: HUTT-062668-09).
The Pineda apartment has the most sought-after characteristics for perfect holidays, especially the community pool (right in front of the apartment, open from June to September), which will turn hot days into a delight, and its proximity to the sea, since the apartment is located on the second line from the sea.
The accommodation has all the amenities:
Multimedia: internet access (wifi), television.
Heating and air conditioning.
Access: open-air parking in nearby building, elevator.
Kitchen: The American kitchen, with a glass-ceramic cooktop, is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and juicer.
Pool: non-heated pool, open all year round. Provides towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas.
The location of the apartment allows for great mobility even for those who do not have a car.

If you choose to stay in La Pineda, it is essential to visit the beautiful city of Tarragona, with its very well-preserved heritage inherited from the Romans: the Amphitheater, the Circus, or the Aqueduct, among others.
When not enjoying the pool, the kids will appreciate the Aquopolis water park and PortAventura, a high-tech family theme park located 10 minutes by car
Nature lovers will appreciate hiking in the Montsant mountain range and stopping by the vineyards of the Scala Dei Carthusian monastery, or visiting the Ebro Delta Natural Park.
Don't hesitate to stop in Siurana or Montblanc, some of the most beautiful towns in Catalonia.

-Guests will be required to take charge of the garbage generated during their stay, depositing it in the containers or established collection points before the end of their stay.
-All types of events and parties are strictly prohibited without the property's consent.
- We ask that you close the terrace gate in your absence, to prevent theft.
