hair dryer, TV and mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, safe, kitchen
complete with dishwasher, electric oven, coffee maker, toaster,
electric kettle, microwave.
In the shared garden between the apartments are a wood-burning oven barbecue, hot tub with sun canopies, and parking spaces.

apartment is located in a semi-detached house with large, fully fenced
outdoor space, where there are and available in common for guests barbecue and wood-burning oven, covered parking spaces, automatic gate. On the upper floor reside the owners.
 
The vacation home is cozy and finished. The entrance is into a large living room with open kitchen, dining room and single sofa bed. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms. The house is completed by 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub.
The
house has a large veranda with wooden canopy, furnished with table and
chairs for outdoor dining and relaxing armchairs overlooking the sea and
Pizzomunno beach.

The apartment is located in Vieste in a residential area with a panoramic view of the sea and the town of Vieste. The town center is just 1 km away, while Castello Beach, famous for the Pizzomunno monolith, is about 1.4 km away.
Vieste is among the most popular vacation destinations in Puglia` s Gargano area,
renowned for its natural beauty and seaside resorts with long, equipped
beaches and beautiful stretches of rocky coastline overlooking the sea.
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 7 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the bedrooms and in living room.
- Shared hot tub available from May to September with non-heatable water (only ambient temperature).
