Spacious and modern 80-square-metre apartment on Karlsplatz near the Vienna State Opera and Naschmarkt offers ideal conditions for a pleasant stay in Vienna. 2 bedrooms offer space for up to 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and is located in the 40 m² living area.

The very bright 40 m² living area is equipped with a spacious couch set, a dining table with space for 6 people, cable TV and free Wi-Fi, as well as a Bose iPhone docking station.

The flat is located in the immediate vicinity of the Vienna University of Technology and the famous Kunsthallencafé on Karlsplatz, which is frequented mainly by Vienna's creative people and is also one of the most important transport hubs in the Austrian capital, thus guaranteeing first-class public transport connections. If one of your destinations is not within walking distance - the Karlsplatz station can be reached in 2-3 minutes and offers connections in practically all directions with the underground lines U1, U2 and U4 and numerous other tram and bus connections. Hotspots in the immediate vicinity include the Kunsthalle Wien, the Karlskirche, the Musikverein and the Vienna State Opera, as well as the popular Naschmarkt.

Several underground trains and trams leave directly at Karlsplatz, next to the flat.
