Renovated Apartment near Reumannplatz

Welcome to our new renovated apartment with living room (including kitchen), bedroom and bathroom for 2 to 4 people.
The apartment is located near Reumannplatz - excellent transport connections (10 minutes by underground to the city center; or 2 stops to the main train station).

The apartment is located in a typical old Viennese house - built around 1900 (1st floor with elevator).
With approx. 50m² the apartment is suitable for 2-4 people (2 single beds in the bedroom and a large sofa bed in the living room). The kitchen, which is located in the living room, is fully equipped: stove, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, toaster, capsule coffee machine, ...
The bathroom is quite spacious and has a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine.
At the ground floor of the building is a Turkish Restaurant, I highly recommend you to try it out.

Information for all travelers with cars: there is no free parking in this area - you need parking tickets. A parking house is nearby.

The subway station „Reumannplatz“ is just an 1-2 minutes walk away (250 meters). There are numerous public transportations just as the U1 (Subway number 1). The U1 subway is only 2 stops away from the main station (Südtiroler Platz – Hauptbahnhof) from there you can easily go to the castle Belvedere. Also the town centre is just 4-5 stops away (Karlsplatz with the Opera and Stephansplatz with the Stephansdom cathedral).

The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

We offer monthly discount for longer period of stay. Please kindly let us know if you are interested in staying longer with us !

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
Due to legal regulations, the guests have to enter themselves in an online guest book (name, identification data, address).

Please close all windows and lock the doors when you leave the apartment.

During the heating period: to save energy, please only open the windows briefly to air them out - do not leave them open or tilted open all the time.
Recommended room temperature for heating setting: 20-21 degrees Celsius; please do not set more than 22-23 degrees.
