This extraordinary top floor apartment offers everything your heart desires on 250sqm: A private sauna, fireplace, terrace, air conditioning, 4 bedrooms, spacious living room, American kitchen and much more.

There are a total of 4 bedrooms, of which 3 are separately accessible. There is also a bed in the spacious living area so that the apartment can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably. 4 of the 5 beds are 180cm wide (king size), one is 160cm wide (queen size).

The large living area with TV and a big sofa invites you to linger. The fireplace offers a cozy atmosphere, especially in winter. The large dining table and the connected terrace complete the offer.
The connected American kitchen is fully equipped. Depending on your preference, the gas stove or the ceramic surface can be used.

The large bathroom with rain shower and bathtub has its own sauna. The second bathroom has a shower and toilet. There is also a separate toilet.

Due to its location in a low-traffic one-way street, the apartment is very quiet.

Of course, the apartment is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired: WiFi, Netflix, coffee machine, washing machine, etc. is all included!
Air conditioning units are available in 3 of the 5 rooms.

The apartment is forbidden to have parties.

Attention, please note: The fourth bedroom is a kind of winter garden. The ceiling of the room consists of windows: excellent for star gazing from the bed, but rather bad for people who need it dark while sleeping. I provide sleep masks. Good temperatures are ensured: heating in winter and air conditioning unit in summer.

If you want to use the sauna, please register before you travel. Please note: the sauna costs 10 € / day extra. The amount can be paid in cash during the stay or in advance by Airbnb payment.

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
