The newly renovated apartment is located in a charming old building with high ceilings and is well insulated (warm in the winter, cool in the summer).
It is located in a small quiet street. It is located on the first floor and can be accessed by elevator or stairs.

The bright living space features a large comfortable bed, wardrobe, reading corner and work desk.

The kitchen is equipped with a large freezer-refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and dishwasher as well as necessary kitchen utensils, crockery and glassware. Starter-quantity coffee pods are included.

The spacious bathroom consists of a bathtub and shower, and is also equipped with a washing machine. Starter quantities of shower gel, shampoo and laundry detergent are included.

The apartment is fully wheelchair accessible via the elevator.
Other things to note
Just a heads up, all shops including supermarkets and pharmacies in Vienna are shut on Sundays and on public holidays. Restaurants however remain open. Select pharmacies operate a 24 hr service on the Sundays for emergencies.
