The apartment is located near Reumannplatz - excellent transport connections (10 minutes by subway to the city center; or 2 stops to the main train station).
The apartment is located in a typical old Viennese residential building - built around 1900 (1st floor with elevator).
With 30 mÂČ, the apartment is suitable for up to 2 people (see photos for furnishings). Small kitchen in the anteroom (2 hotplates, fridge/freezer, microwave with grill function). Small bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.
There is also a washing machine in the apartment.

The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.
