Adjoining the living room is an open, fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area. In addition, on this floor there is a bedroom with two beds, another with a bunk bed and a trundle bed, and a bathroom equipped with a shower.

The upper floor, characterized by its high ceiling and charming wooden beams, houses two bedrooms. The master bedroom, equipped with a majestic double bed, has its own private bathroom, while the second bedroom also offers a comfortable double bed. Complementing this floor, a full bathroom with a relaxing bathtub completes the layout of this level.

This wonderful property has two covered parking spaces in the same building and, during the winter season, offers the added convenience of a parking space and ski locker located in Val de Ruda.
