Welcome to the Westshore, a waterfront community with connections to beaches, parks, and nature. This one of a kind Mid Century Modern suite is centrally located and features unique contemporary architecture, 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The suite combines modern style with traditional elements of mid-century influence. Escape to the private backyard that features a green space, outdoor furniture, a BBQ and a fire bowl. The suite is set up to offer short or longer term stays.
This suite is available for long term rental during the off season, please contact us for available dates and rates.
The suite is private and separate from the main house, the layout is similar to a duplex. The suite has a main floor and an upper floor. The back yard is private.
Pet Friendly Suite: 1 well behaved dog is welcome to stay.
This one of a kind Mid Century Modern suite is centrally located and features unique contemporary architecture, 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Centrally located, this suite is close to Royal Roads, Bear Mountain, shopping, restaurants and all major amenities. Local transportation includes Uber and Taxis; a major bus route is steps away from the driveway. Langford is approximately 30 minutes away from downtown Victoria. The suite is set up to offer short or longer term stays.

Second Bedroom: Double
The bedrooms are located on the upper level of the suite
The Primary bedroom has a stand alone A/C unit
There are 2 bathrooms:
2 piece on the main floor
The bathroom located on the upper level of suite and has a walk in shower There is no bathtub
Guests are welcome to use the complimentary shampoo/conditioner and body wash.
The modern kitchen has an island with seating, stainless steel appliances, and is equipped for dining in.
The living room features the iconic Mid-Century large windows, a fireplace, and modern furnishings and decor.
There is a designated work space for guests working mobile.

The City of Langford is a bustling community nestled in the foothills of Mount Finlayson. Langford is one of the several West Shore municipalities.
Located on a regular bus route there is no shortage of transportation to get around. Parking is free and easy access to the local stops and destination from here
Pet Policy:
There is an additional $150 charge for a pet to stay in the suite. When completing your booking, be sure to select the pet option to include the pet fee.
If your pet joins you during your stay (1 dog only), do not leave your dog unattended in the home or on the property, no dogs on the beds or on the furniture. Please pick up all pet waste from the yard. There will be an additional charge of $250 if pet waste is not picked up.
The suite may not be suitable for guests with mobility restrictions
No smoking, vaping, or cannabis use in the house or on the property
Noise bylaws are in effect between 10pm til 7am, please respect the neighbours
- Please do not wear your shoes inside the home.
- Please be reminded that this property is non-smoking, please do not smoke or vape inside or on the patios.
- All trash and recyclables are to be removed from patio please.
- Noise bylaws are in effect between 10pm to 7am, please respect the neighbours
- No live shellfish is allowed inside the suite. If you go shellfishing, do not leave remnants of shells or shellfish on the property. Please return the shells to the beach or take them with you. If there are remnants of shellfish on the property, you will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
