Welcome to #7 - The Block, your relaxed coastal base just moments from the beachfront and township heart. Perfectly positioned for easy beach mornings, coffee runs and sunset walks along the shoreline, this spacious apartment captures everything people love about a South Coast escape â comfort, space and that effortless holiday pace.
Inside, the home has been designed for easy group stays and long, comfortable holidays. The open plan living area downstairs creates a welcoming place to gather after a day at the beach, whether you are sharing meals, playing board games or settling in for a movie night. The kitchen is set up for practical holiday living with an oven, stovetop, cookware, kettle and pod coffee machine â perfect for slow mornings before heading out to explore.
Sleeping is generous and flexible, making the home ideal for extended families or groups travelling together. There is a downstairs sleeping space with a queen bed and sofa, while upstairs offers three bedrooms â two rooms each with two queen beds, and a third bedroom with a double bed. Every bedroom is fitted with split system air conditioning to keep you comfortable in every season.
Upstairs, the main bathroom includes a separate bath and shower, while downstairs provides the convenience of a second bathroom and separate laundry with washing machine. Linen is included for your stay, along with thoughtful family extras like a portable cot and high chair.
Stay connected with included WiFi, fire up the gas BBQ for relaxed holiday dinners. Secure off-street parking adds another layer of convenience for guests.
This is a strictly no pets, no smoking, no parties property.
This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday.
Payments
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. If full payment is not received by this time, the booking will be cancelled. Keys will not be issued if payment is incomplete. All payments are securely processed via Stripe using your credit card.
Security Bond
A $500 credit card hold will be placed 1 day before check-in. This hold is released 7 days after check-out (or after the full stay for bookings longer than 7 days), provided no damage, breakage, or extra cleaning fees apply. Keys cannot be issued if the bond hold cannot be processed.
Cancellations & Refunds
âą Cancel 30+ days before check-in â Full refund minus 3% Stripe fee
âą Cancel 14â30 days before check-in â 50% refund minus 3% Stripe fee
âą Cancel within 14 days of check-in â No refund
