Stylish private 4 bedroom villa with terrace, sea views and pool near Sorrento

Villa Alessia is a beautiful, private 4 bedroom villa which sleeps up to 10 guests and is 400 metres squared. It boasts a large terrace, garden, a swimming pool, sea views, air conditioning, winter heating, satellite TV and WI-FI Internet access. It is perfect for special family gatherings, events and for couples getting married in Sorrento or Vico Equense who can use Villa Alessia as their reception venue.
At Villa Alessia, you will be roughly 800 metres from local shops and restaurants. The bus stop is just opposite and is approximately a 10 minute ride to Seiano where you can get a direct train to Sorrento and Pompeii. In Seiano, you will also find a beach and the wonderful Mediterranean Sea.
Villa Alessia is accessible via a gate where you will find secure parking spaces for 5 small/medium sized cars. There a few steps to access the villa. A car is recommended when staying at this villa. Please use only small/medium sized cars.
On the ground floor, there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a fridge with freezer, a microwave, oven, kettle and toaster. Near the kitchen, there is a bathroom with a toilet. There is an open plan lounge/dining room equipped with a flat-screen TV, comfortable sofas, a fireplace, a dining room table and chairs and air-conditioning. The dining table can accommodate up to ten people. Here you will also find a piano. The marble flooring is stylish and characteristic. From here, there is access onto a furnished terrace. Also, there is access to a wonderful closed veranda with large, panoramic windows offering breath-taking views of the sea and coast.
All four double ensuite bedrooms are on the first floor (approx. 20 stairs). The master bedroom has a double bed, a TV, a kettle, air conditioning, a private balcony and a jacuzzi bathtub and shower in the ensuite bathroom. There is also a double sofa bed in an adjoining room therefore accommodating up to 4 guests. There are another 3 double ensuite bedrooms which all have a TV, kettle, hairdryer, air conditioning and their own private balconies. The balconies are all furnished with a small table and 2 chairs. So, sit back, relax and enjoy your favourite drink in beautiful surroundings.
Outside, there are 1000 square metres of garden and patio areas which are well furnished. Enjoy some refreshments whilst admiring the stunning coastal and sea views. There is a dining table and chairs and BBQ so you can dine ‘al fresco’. Villa Alessia is also equipped with a wood-burning pizza oven so we can organise a pizza party for you and your guests. An awning provides shade from the sun.
The large, in-ground swimming pool is the perfect place to take a dip and cool off. Here you will also find sun loungers so you can soak up the sun in comfort. There is also an outdoor shower.
There is a laundry area with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Every 2-3 days, indoor and outdoor areas of the villa are cleaned and maintained.
