Residenza la Principina is located in a very quiet and green area of ​​Viareggio, just 500 meters from the beach, and near the pine forest with its bike path. The apartment is set on the 1st and 2nd floor of a building, and is accessed via an external staircase, after having crossed the entrance gate on the street.

Residenza della Principina boasts a large roof terrace overlooking the surrounding mountains. Each floor of the property also has other terraces, equipped with seats and deck chairs.

At guests' disposal, on the back of the building there is a small private garden.

A private parking is available for 2 cars.

Residenza la Principina is located on the 1st and 2nd floor of a building, can accommodate up to 5 people, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. Pets are not allowed.



First floor: You are welcomed by a bright living room, furnished with: two sofas, an armchair, tv, and two French doors with direct access to the terrace. Following is a separate dining room with a table for 6 people and terrace, and a kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and balcony.



Second floor: Upstairs there is the sleeping area, made up of: a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. All bedrooms have a wardrobe and a terrace. There are also 2 bathrooms with shower.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi.



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (350.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (120.00€) is also requested (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
