Perfect Location

The location was perfect just a few steps away from a good gelato place and one block from the beach. Three flights of stairs kept us in shape and guilt free from indulging in a daily gelato. Host were very responsive to our needs.

Great!

It was a really nice appartment, the location was amazing and also the communication and tips of Elisabetta were great! We we were there for 10 days, it is close at the beach but also the trainstation. Very clean.

it’s a wonderful place

My sister and I stayed in this amazing apartment for three weeks and really enjoyed Viareggio! Elisabetta was so helpful and came to check in with us on a few details we struggled with (the water container in the dryer)!! And Andrea was so helpful to check us in a little early and even carried our bags up to three flights of stairs! Just a few things to be aware of, it is a lot of stairs, (so American third-floor and UK/European second floor), but Worth it because once you are in the apartment, it is very comfortable! The beds are very firm, but we finally got used to them. Overall I would say it’s a wonderful place and we would definitely stay there again! The management is wonderful, and very kind, so you can’t go wrong with this place!

Gentilissima accoglienza. Grazie molto ad Elisabetta, disponibile nel darci tutte le informazioni. Posizione comodissima per raggiungere la spiaggia e altre città nei dintorni. Per il resto, consigliatissimo. Ah, silenzioso seppure in pieno centro. Da ripetere. Giuseppe L’unico punto debole, l’organizzazione per il parcheggio auto.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, sowohl die Promenade, Strand, Bahnhof, Busbahnhof und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Lage, wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, gemĂŒtlich, sauber, hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Einen direkten Kontakt hatte ich vor Ort per WhatsApp, als die Heizung einen Fehler gemeldet hat, am Nachmittag als ich wieder kam, war alles erledigt. Man kann sich in englisch oder italienisch verstĂ€ndigen. Da ich die Wohnung 5 Wochen bewohnt habe, kann ich sagen, es hat alles super funktioniert und ich komme gerne wieder. Ciao

Beautiful, clean, spacious, light & quiet apartment in the centre. Was an easy walk to most places and the beach. Beatrice was lovely, fast at communicating & accommodating with check in and out. WiFi was mostly good but we had free data anyway so to didn't affect us. Would recommend this to anyone staying in Viareggio - lovely cafe & restaurant 1min walk away too.

Lodging accommodations

Met with property manager Beatrice. Such a cordial, attentive and helpful lady. She gave us full introduction of the property and its location to the very details. As to the apartment it was a joy to stay in such well maintained place. The pristine beach and sea just added to the restful week we spent at Viareggio sur mare.

Super Unterkunft, exakt wie auf den Bildern. Netter und unkomplizierter Check-in. Super Lage, viele Restaurants und der Strand direkt um die Ecke. Ruhige Wohnlage und Klima, perfekt zum entspannen.
