The Space:

You step through the front door and are greeted by a breezy, sun‑lit living space where soft neutral tones invite you to unwind. The scent of fresh coffee drifts from the kitchen as you hear the gentle splash of the private pool just beyond the screened patio. After a day of strolling along white‑sand beaches, you can sink into the king bed and let the evening breeze lull you to sleep. This Vero Beach retreat blends spacious comfort with a sense of quiet privacy, perfect for families or groups seeking a relaxed coastal escape.



Sleeping arrangements

The home comfortably sleeps up to eight guests across three bedrooms. The master suite features a king bed, while the two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed. Two full bathrooms serve the group, with an ensuite off the master bedroom and a hallway bathroom shared by the other rooms.



Outdoor living

A private pool beckons for a refreshing dip any time of day, and the fully screened patio provides a shaded spot for lounging or sipping morning coffee. The fenced backyard opens to a charcoal BBQ grill, ideal for gathering around a fire‑kissed meal under the Florida sky.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless‑steel appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee machine ready for your favorite brew. An open‑concept dining area offers ample room for shared meals and conversation.



Indoor comfort

The open living room offers generous seating for everyone to gather, while high‑speed Wi‑Fi and a Smart TV keep you connected and entertained. Air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and room‑darkening shades ensure a restful stay for every guest.



Location & nearby attractions

Just a short 5‑10 minute drive brings you to South Beach Park, Downtown Vero Beach, and the pristine Atlantic shoreline. McKee Botanical Gardens is only five minutes away, offering peaceful walks among lush landscapes. Local shops, restaurants, and popular attractions are all within easy reach, making it simple to explore the laid‑back charm of Florida’s east coast.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



The Neighborhood:

Roughly a 13-min drive to the beach - 7-min to McKee Botanical Gardens - 8-min to Downtown Vero Beach



Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood where everyone tends to keep to themselves. There is an older pup next door that you'll hear bark to say 'hello' from time to time. You'll have the driveway to park, which will accommodate up to (2) vehicles.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (2) cars may park in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
