The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated, and generally clean, but we did run into several issues that seemed related to the turnover between guests. There were dirty linens and a razor left in the primary shower, makeup powder on the vanity, dirty items left near the washer, a full kitchen trash can, dirty silverware in the sink, and evidence of mice in the kitchen drawers. We also could not find pot holders or kitchen towels.The primary bed was uncomfortable, as the fitted sheet continually came loose during the night. Communication from the host was minimal, and without check-in guidance we initially went to the wrong entrance and disturbed the downstairs guest by mistake.Our biggest concern was security and comfort. It was unclear whether door codes are changed between guests, and the upstairs area would benefit from an additional manual lock. The main issue for us, though, was the thermostat not allowing the A/C below 70, which made sleeping uncomfortable.The apartment was spacious and nicely decorated, but improvements in cleanliness, communication, comfort, and overall guest readiness would have made the stay much better.
