Villa Le Cesine is one of the villas that make up the Campo Verde residence. The villa is spread over two floors and is introduced by a spacious veranda furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining, and with a comfortable living room with soft cushions, where you can relax in the cool.
The ground floor of the villa is occupied by the living area: a large living room with sofas, armchairs, TV and fireplace, an eat-in kitchen and a shower room.
The sleeping area is on the second floor and consists of 3 double bedrooms, all air-conditioned.
The largest of the rooms is furnished with a four-poster bed, TV, has a full en suite bathroom and a spacious terrace belonging to it, furnished with a sitting area. The second room also has an en suite docci bathroom. The third full bathroom completes the floor.

The city of Lecce, the capital of Baroque and a lively tourist destination with many cultural attractions, is just 10 km away and can also be reached by bus.
The nearest beach can be reached on foot via an internal path through the pine forest.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in Via Silvio Pellico 21 - Lecce (at the agency Lupiae Vacanze).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 41 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
