Located .5 of a mile from the Uintah Rec Center, Utah Field House of National History is within .6 miles. Short 20 min drive to sought after Dinosaur National Monument. Many hikes, fishing & ATV trails to enjoy nearby!

The space
Our Renovated home is located right in the middle of everything Vernal has to offer! Extra Parking for bigger groups, especially if you have ATVs, boats, etc.

The Main level of the house has 3 Bedrooms, two stairs from ground level.

Dish Network and Smart TV in every room!

Primary Suite has a King Bed, On-suite Bathroom shower is a seamless walk in. Shampoo/Conditioner/Lotion stocked. Plenty of space in the walk in closet and dresser if staying an extended time frame. Electric/USB in nightstand lamp. Fan/light combination for your comfort. Pack n Play crib with mattress located in the closet.

2nd Bedroom also has a King bed with walk in closet and dresser. Fan/light combination. Electric/USB in nightstand lamp.

3rd Bedroom is the bunk room which has a twin bed over a full bed, with a twin trundle bed (pull out.)

Full hallway Bathroom has a bathtub/shower and is very spacious with a double sink vanity. Shampoo/Conditioner/Lotion stocked.

Bonus Room is a few stairs down which was originally a garage. It has been converted into a Play Room, including an Xbox One, children's books and toys, board games, Also includes the laundry room, a utilities closet. There is a couch that pulls into a full size bed. There is a door leading into this area that is glass pane but does lock from the inside of the Bonus area which could easily be used as a fourth bedroom area. All rooms have a Smart TV and Dish Network Television.

Kitchen is updated with a coffee bar, newer appliances, quartz counter tops and beautiful backsplash. We have done our best to think of everything you could need stocked in the kitchen.

Living room sectional is leather with electric recline. Cozy up on the couch to watch your favorite movie!

Laundry room is available for your use with a few complimentary laundry pods. Speed Queen Washer and Dryer! Iron, mini ironing board, broom and vacuum are located in this area if needed.

The original hardwood floors through the home give it charm. With that old charm does come a bit of creaking when walking in certain spots of the home. If you think this might bother you please keep that in mind when booking.

Backyard has a little bit of grass, an outdoor table with six chairs and a fire pit. Firewood is not stocked at the house but can be bought at the local gas stations if you would like to use it. 7-11 being the closest, just north of the home if you take 500 East North to HWY 40 you will find it within minutes. A propane BBQ is also located in the backyard.

There are two outside cameras for security purposes located on the east side of the home viewing the driveway and the front door/driveway.

House Rules:
- NO PETS ALLOWED!!! If this rule is broken there will be additional fee of $300)
- No Parties
- No smoking or vaping indoors. Please go outside and dispose of your cigarettes in the garbage can out back if needed.
- No tampering with camera (outside) or internet. Doing so will result in having your stay immediately cancelled with no refund.
- Any missing or damaged property will result in additional fees. We keep an inventory of items and take a video before every check in.
- Please respect the check in (4pm or later) and check out times (11am.) Late check out will be charged $50 for every hour after 11am.
- Please do not deliver any packages or mail to the property as it is NOT set up to receive any mail. This includes Amazon packages as most items go through USPS and they will return your item since our address does not accept mail. We do have a place in town that will receive items it is called Mailbox Express.
- Quiet time is from 10pm to 8am. Please be respectful of neighbors and noise.

We will give you the code to the front door the night before you are to check in. If you wish for us to meet you to check in we might be able to accommodate if you can give us some notice.

We have a very large driveway to the East side of the home and additional parking in the front yard gravel.
