You'll feel right at home in this family-friendly home within minutes from Lake Erie, downtown Vermilion, and the local beaches and parks. This home is centrally located next to shopping, dining, beaches, parks, fishing and boating. Cedar Point, Lake Erie Islands, and Cleveland are about 35 minutes away. You will be surrounded by family-friendly amenities including one large 65" TV in the living room with paid Disney+ and board games.

Amenities Included:
- 3 Bedroom, 2 bath home. Each room has extra pillows, linens, and towels.
- Window AC in every room.

Bedrooms:
- Master Bedroom has King Bed, pack and play in walk-in closet, and separate bathroom.
- Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed and walk-in closet.
- Bedroom 3 has a Bunk Bed. Top and bottom bunks are full sized beds (sleeps 4+)
- Living room has 65" TV with Free Disney+ to enjoy.
- Dining Table with chairs and bench to fit 6+.
- Charcoal grill and dining table set available in front porch area.
- Board games and cards inside TV stand in the living room.
- Beach towels and umbrellas available in living room closet.

Wedding weekend

Perfect stay for us. We had 5 adults and one infant and we got perfectly. They had a pack and play provided which saved us a lot of stress. Was nicer than staying in a hotel.

Great Weekend Stay

Had the place for the weekend. It was everything we needed. Betty was super nice and is super quick respond if you message her. There was bathroom amenities if you by chance forget things. (Razor,toothbrush's etc) Definitely recommend this Vrbo!

Clean and well equipped

We had two couples and used two of the three bedrooms. The neighborhood doesn’t look like much, small houses, densely arranged, some kept better than others. This house looks small and simple, but the inside has been renovated and is nicely done. It was clean and easy to find what we needed in the kitchen. It is very close to the lake and convenient to quaint town of Vermillion. We would happily stay there again.

Perfect for Our Needs!

We were in Vermilion for a family reunion and wedding. We needed to communicate with the owner a few times and she was always very quick to reply and responsive. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. I would not hesitate to book this house again in the future.

Perfect Location

We very much enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect location to explore the small town of Vermilion and the 3 public beaches nearby. We also appreciated being not too far from Cedar Point and Miller's Ferry to get to Put-in-Bay Island. There is also a great little store within walking distance (about a block away) that is open late every night. The house is well stocked with everything you need. Clothes, toiletries (there are a few things provided by the host in case you forget something) and groceries were the only things we needed to bring along with us. The beds are a little on the firm side but we were quite comfortable. We had a great week with no troubles at all!

A hidden gem

Don’t let the outside fool you, this is a gem inside. Well stocked home; including coffee, laundry soaps and lovely toiletries. Very clean and comfy home. Great location for visiting many local attractions. Only improvement could be fixing/cleaning the front porch. Enjoyed our girls getaway here.

Away from the hustle and bustle

We were two families with 2 kids each and bettys place made us feel like home. Beds were comfortable and enough linens were provided. Location is very close to lake erie. We could not enjoy much of the outside owing to the weather but would be a great stay during the summer as well.

Clean! Great Location!

The house was amazing and the home owner was super easy to work with! She was available for any questions immediately! The house was super clean and very up to date! The beds were super comfy and the house felt like home! Would definitely stay again
