This Luxury 'Fun Villa' has everything that you could possibly want for a fantastic
Holiday.
The Games room contains a Pool Table, Table Tennis Table, Darts Board & a Home Cinema seating eight people on luxury leather tiered recliner sofas with drink holders.
The cinema screen is 120 inches and the projector is a top-of-the-range Optima with HD & 3D facility connected to a 1000 Watt surround sound system complete with 6 speakers and two subwoofers + a 4K Android Box.

The centre section of the ceiling is constructed with 3D printed stretch PVC which is lit from above with white & black LED lights simulating a starry night sky which feels like you are at the top of the property and not in the basement. There is also a built-in Popcorn machine where you can add whatever ingredients you like to your Popcorn while preparing.
It is like having your own private Cinema.

There are also 2 separated sleeping areas with a double bed or 2 single beds in one area and a bunk bed containing 2 single beds + wardrobe in the second area, from here up to the ground floor consisting of Living/ Dining Room, Bedroom, Kitchen, Bathroom with Bath, Shower ,Bidet WC & WB. The living room has a 65 inch 3D HD TV with compatible Video Player/Recorder + Sky TV box, & sound system with 10 speakers, a dining table & Sofa for 6 people.

Double doors lead to the Outdoor Living Area with ample seating space for 12 people and from here down the steps to the pool terrace where there is a 5m Garden Kitchen, containing a 2.5 meter rotary BBQ with hotplate & sink, Gas paella cooker, traditional Spanish wood-burning oven, outdoor dining Table for 10 People, 4m X 9m Private Heated Swimming Pool, The electric heater is eco friendly & keeps the water temperature at 35 degrees throughout the year. Sunbathing area with sun loungers, Day Bed, Hammocks, deck chairs & Kokomo Beach Bar with Mahou 5 Star draft Beer & Blackthorn draught Cider on tap, music system & dock for your iPod iPhone iPad or Lap Top, Karaoke Machine and a Smart TV showing all the SKY channels inc. SKY SPORTS and MOVIES + Netflix.

To the left of the bar, there is a sunken conversation sand pit. In the winter evenings you can light a fire here & toast marshmallows or chestnuts and in the summer there is a cool air misting system overhead which reduces the temperature by 10/12 degrees.
The second floor consists of the Master Bedroom with an en-suite Bathroom/Shower area. There is also a large Private balcony & Deck area attached to this room with a breakfast table & 4 chairs, 2 single day bed's under shade, a table & 2 chairs under a thatch parasol, Comfortable double sun bed & a Sofa bed in the shade overlooking the beach which is ideal for an open-air siesta.

The third bedroom on this floor has two large built-in wardrobes including an en-suite bathroom/shower area.

The laundry room contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, and Iron.

The Villa is Fully Air Conditioned in all rooms.
The Gardens are very Private & meticulously maintained throughout your stay.

We can organise transfers from all three Airports with a local taxi bus company from 2 to 55 people. Almeria Airport @ 45 minutes, Murcia @ 80 minutes & Alicante @ 100 minutes.

We also provide a Chef service where you can make an appointment with the Chef & he will come to the Garden Kitchen and prepare serve & clean up afterward.
Menus will be available in the villa.

A 50% deposit is required on confirmation of booking & a Refundable Breakage deposit (500 Euros cash) MAY or may not be required on arrival at the property. The deposit will be returned at the end of the stay, providing there are no breakages/Damage or missing items and the property is left in a clean and acceptable condition.
